Really enjoyed our time here! My teenagers loved being here. This is very close to the beach and close to all the pools. It was also close to the piers and shops. It was nice that we had two chairs at the beach each day to use. There was plenty of towels to use. Bring extra trash can liners because we were only given two for our entire stay. It was in such a great location that you really never have to get in your car to leave. We did Walmart delivery for our food and it worked out well.

The location of this condo was amazing. The view of the pool and beach was great. We loved how quickly we could get to the pool and beach from this room. The host reached out to ensure we were good a day after our arrival. It made for a great place to stay and I will consider this place again for next year when we return to the area.

The location was great. My wife and I are a fit couple so we were able to walk everywhere. But it was a lot of walking. Awesome amenities with the all the hot tubs, pools, lazy river, & workout center. Place was very clean inside and out.

Ball trip

The stay was excellent. Very clean, convenient and the listing was exactly as listed. The king size mattress can use either replacement or added support as it sinks in the middle. Will definitely book with this listing and/or listing company again.

The location of the property is excellent, with a great view of both the pool and the beach. Communication was good, and the management team responded to our concerns in a timely manner. However, the condo is very outdated and in need of significant updates. The carpet in the master bedroom was filthy and should be replaced. The couch was dirty, heavily worn, and also needs replacement. The towels and sheets had stains, so we felt it was necessary to wash them before use. While additional sheets were provided, they were also worn and stained, requiring us to rewash all linens and towels.Overall, the condo would benefit from substantial updating, particularly the furniture, flooring, and furnishings. While the location and views were excellent, the condition of the unit did not meet our expectations.

We sincerely apologize that the condition of the condo did not meet your expectations. While we’re glad you enjoyed the excellent location, views, and responsive communication from our team, we regret the issues you experienced with the carpet, furniture, and linens. Cleanliness and comfort are very important to us, and we understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive and feel the need to rewash items before use. Your comments regarding the outdated condition of the unit, worn furnishings, and stained towels and sheets have been shared with the appropriate team for review and improvement. We truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as guest feedback helps us identify areas where we need to do better. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Great place

Everything was very nice and will definitely come back. There is only 2 minor things I will mention. First one I had to message to get the condo # and room code. Thought I would have had that before I left home to get on plane. Ended up having to get it from the airport to the condo. And they provide beach chairs but one was completely broken to the point someone could have been hurt. Please replace before next group arrives. Other than that very nice!

Grandmother

Absolutely misleading pictures and description of the property, the lazy river was across the street and a long walk for me to take my grands and I am handicapped, so we did not go. The condo was described incorrectly, pictures indicate 2 sets of bunks, only one, pull out couch was old and dirty terrible, bathrooms not up to par, overall the entire complex was misleading and I think I should get some of my money back !!!! It was a terrible stay all around. I am going to report this to the better business bureau as to this property being so misleading!!

Dear Linda, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and I understand how frustrating that can be—especially when traveling with grandchildren and managing mobility challenges. We strive to provide accurate and transparent descriptions of our properties. I’ve personally reviewed the listing, and I can confirm that it clearly states the unit includes one set of bunk beds. If the photos gave the impression of two sets, I sincerely apologize for the confusion. We often include multiple angles of the same area to give guests a better sense of the layout, location, and views within the unit—not to mislead. Regarding the lazy river, it is located on the Bay side of the resort, as described in the listing. We understand that the walk may be difficult for some guests, and we’ll take your comments into consideration. We also reached out via SMS at the beginning of your stay to welcome you and let you know we were available to assist. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any communication from you during your visit. We would have been more than happy to address any concerns in real time had we been made aware. Cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for us, and I’m sorry to hear that the pull-out couch and bathrooms did not meet your expectations. We will follow up with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure these issues are addressed. We value your feedback and take it seriously. While we regret that your stay was not enjoyable, we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide a better experience. Warm regards, Guest Support Team Salt Water Vacations, LLC

Wonderful resort condo, beds need replacing

Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay. Great view of beach & pool below from balcony. There are several heated pool for cooler days. The lazy river isn’t heated, but luckily it was warm enough one day to enjoy it. The beach is gorgeous, clean, white, soft sand. Chair & umbrella reservation was included and easy. Only a few negatives; 1)The beds were extremely old uncomfortable mattresses. These should be replaced asap. 2)The check-in email which provides a door code was missing the code. No one answered phone. It took a long time to get in due to this issue. It was finally resolved. Just not ideal after a very long drive. 3)There is nothing in the cabinets. No spices, no trash bags, limited toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels, 1 dishwasher pod. If you stay for a week and plan to cook you will have to stock everything.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the stunning beach views, the pools, and the convenience of the chair and umbrella service—those are definitely guest favorites! We're also glad you were able to enjoy the lazy river, despite it not being heated. We sincerely appreciate your feedback on the issues you encountered. We're so sorry to hear about the discomfort with the mattresses, and we will be sure to address that with our team for future updates. We also apologize for the missing door code in the check-in email and the difficulty reaching someone for assistance—this is definitely not the seamless experience we aim to provide. We’re working to improve our communication to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
