Hi: Great guests, we enjoyed meeting them. Road was a little bit busier then usual as it was Labor Day weekend :) But its usually a quiet road, up away from all the attractions, but close enough to get to the fun places easily :)

It always amazes me when someone can write something like this , not caring that it can hurt someone's small business. 1st for anyone reading this, read all the other reviews they are mostly 5 stars!!! "I have many repeat guests". 2nd IT IS NOT A TRAILER, its a wood framed house, never was a trailer! that is the craziest claim I've ever heard!!! 3rd She texted me when she arrive here is the text : (Just arrived and it's perfect! Thanks for the wine and hospitality) House is listed for 2, she brought 3, I went over to bring extra linens and towels for the 3rd person. (no good deed goes unpunished) She asked if the water was safe I told her it had a water filtration system which added air bubbles to the water, the bubbles disapate. I always contact my guests the next day to ask them if they have any questions, concerns or need anything. No mention of spiders, bugs??? Nor have any other guests mentioned that. Not sure why she would leave an untruthful review like this?? She talks about it being overpriced, maybe it was more then she could afford and it was buyers remorse??? But again it's a cute HOUSE, not a trailer as she stated.

The guest that was there right before her stated it was Clean! and Comfortable!! read his review below. I never heard anything from this guest? I had texted her at check in and so had my husband. So if she really wanted to contact us she knew she could have texted. So this is really strange , that she would state that she reached out to us. So right from the start her review is untrue. Even though I checked with them the next day to ask them if they had any questions or concerns? She did not contact us: Here's the review from the person that stayed just before her: Robert 11 Oct - 14 Oct 2019 Lake Winnipesaukee, Concerts, Gunstock, Ski!! Robert Overall rating 5 stars Clean! comfortable home. Bed is comfortable not like a lot of other places where you cant sleep. Quiet. Great host. Very informative and responsive. Located within minutes to everything yet far enough away. Private note Thank you for opening your home to us. It was perfect. Great location as it was central to everything for us. We don't like hotels or motels. Your home was comfortable (so was the bed. One of our biggest issues when traveling) very relaxing. Liked the enclosed yard and fire pit. _________________ five star plus from Carol and Bob My husband and I were visiting from Florida and found the cottage was far more than our expectations. It was clean and well stocked with most every thing that was a daily use. Not just one brand of an item but choices of a few.The fact that they thought of every thing includeing a screened out side sitting -dinning area, a fire pit and grill for out side cooking.We could not ask for anything more.This deserves a 5 star + rating 08/22/2018 at 8:36 PM ______________________________ The house was professionally cleaned ,and Lori, had every opportunity to contact us while they were there, if they had any issues. If you read our reviews many comment how clean it is. It even says in the house manual. Please contact us while you are here if there is anything you are not happy with. ALL OUR LINENS ARE FRESHLY WASHED FOR EACH GUEST!! , and no one smokes in our house or in the rental so this also is untrue!! I cannot speak to the noise on the road, as I was not there the night she stayed there, but you can read the other reviews. There are some people who like to complain about everything and Lori unfortunately seems to be one of these people. This is just the kind of guest that hosts dread hosting as they leave reviews that are untrue and do not care if they hurt the business of the person they rent from. I can tell you that the house is cleaned thoroughly between all guests. Our guests love the house and we have many repeat guests year after year. Guests often state that the house is sparkling clean. I rent it through this site and another and we are Super Hosts on the other site. Lori's review is very upsetting to us. Especially since we work hard to make sure everything is perfect before guests arrive and give them the opportunity to contact us if they have an issue. The guests that were there right before her, gave us a 5 star review an wrote in the review THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN.

Thank you for being great guests, hope you can come back and stay with us again! Guests do love the house its just a 1/2 mile from the lake and close to all the area attractions. Its also in a quiet spot so its win win!!! :)
