Your host has 25 years of experience staging homes in real estate, so rest assured every detail has been addressed. The property is in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood just minutes from all Vero Beach has to offer. World-class beaches, fine dining, and boutiques are all just minutes away. The home boasts an open floor plan, new luxury laminate flooring, new furniture, and a fully stocked kitchen. Beach chairs and an umbrella are ready for your day at the beach. I have been a real estate broker for 25 years and remodel houses as a hobby. I fell in love with this house, and I didn't want to sell it. Being a host allows me to share my property with guests while maintaining it in excellent condition. I love meeting new people. It's the part of my job I have always loved, so hosting is a perfect fit for me.
