Had a great time. Close to rate field. Neighborhood was friendly. Public transportation was easy. Owner checked in on us and set clear expectations. Beds were comfortable, the backyard was nice to sit in. We would stay here again.

Good stay close to a lot of bus stops very convenient for what we did on our trip. The host was very accommodating and left great instructions on how to access the home.

Very comfortable

Very comfortable beds and a LOT of space. Free parking and close to convention center and ballpark. The outside of the building does not look as nice as the inside. We were always able to park right in front. The bathroom sink never worked despite two visits from a plumber. We just used the kitchen sink. One bedroom is in the lower level and the one bathroom is on the top level. A lot of stairs for the person who sleeps in the lower level. The space worked well for our family. Every room had a fan which we loved.

The property was reasonably maintained but some of the towel racks in the bathroom were not affixed to the wall properly. The back yard umbrella was gone so there was no option to sit in the shade on a 90 degree day. The basement smells really moldy as did the Master Bedroom bed cover. Otherwise the listing was true. Nice neighbors and a short walk to Rate Field which was the purpose of the trip. Not by far the worst place.
