Host was great. Good, quick communications. House was good. Nice pool area, nice living room and bedrooms. Second bath has a kids toilet so a little small if adult using. Master bath had minor slow sink drain and shower spraying water out issues, but overall the house was a great value and the host was good.

Overall, this house served its purpose for my family which was a home base when we went to Universal Studios and a place for my two dogs to sleep. It was about 30 to 45 mins away from the parks depending on the time of day we went. There was a walmart nearby for any shopping needs. Now when I arrived there was some minor issues with getting into the house, I had to reach out to VRBO for assistance. The dishwasher was broken, however the host did reach out shortly before we arrived to let me know. House was clean in the regard there wasn't dirty but it did have a smell that i couldn't get to go away. Also, the host request nothing be flushed down the toilets including toilet paper which was to be thrown in waste baskets. I have never had this request from a host from other stays in Florida but apparently the host told me it is common due to bad Florida plumbing. Pool was nice but i did have to request for the pool to be cleaned. The host was quick to dispatch a cleaner the next morning. As I said at the beginning this stay wasn't bad and was a more affordable rental, but I would likely not stay at this home again opting for a little more expensive home.

Lovely villa close to all the attractions

Great villa - a couple of problems that the just sorted really quickly. The villa has a great pool and games room, we had everything we needed. Thanks luis for a lovely stay.

Great stay!

This was the perfect place for my family to break away from every day life. A beautiful home and wonderful, friendly and quick to help host! Less than 2 miles from shops, food & gas, and 20min to family fun! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property was exactly as described in listing. Owner was very helpful, polite and responsive when needed. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again!!!!
