Just a short elevator ride from the sand and only minutes from the Garden City Pier, this unit is the perfect home base for a relaxing getaway.
Inside the condo:
King-size bed in the master bedroom with a private ensuite (tub/shower combination)
Sofa that converts into a bed in the living room
Second full bathroom off the hallway with a walk-in shower
Open dining area with seating for four
Fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and cookware
In-unit washer and dryer for convenience
Private oceanfront balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening breezes
This unit comfortably sleeps 1–4 guests, offering the perfect blend of comfort, coastal charm, and convenience.
