Check in was smooth. Slow weekend so parking was great. Staff was nice. Pools are nice. Room needs a little update. Overall very satisfied.

Great View

We loved the view and the decor of the condo! There was quite a bit of space to hang out. Orange Beach has a lot of great restaurants. As far as the condo goes, this may seem silly - but there were not enough spoons. There were 4 or 5 teaspoons and a couple of bigger spoons. The balcony furniture and couch really need to be updated - especially when looking at other places nearby. I downgraded the check-in process - not because of the host, but because of the desk person. She just shoved a parking pass at us and didn't tell us anything about the property. We didn't know there were sign up sheets for activities, nor about the boardwalk being repaired and having to go to another property to walk out to the beach on their boardwalk! The check-in information from hosteeva was great.

Thank you for your feedback, Debra! We're so glad you loved the view, decor, and spaciousness of the condo, as well as the great restaurant options in Orange Beach. We appreciate your comments about the spoons and balcony furniture, and we’ll take them into consideration for future improvements. We’re sorry to hear about your check-in experience with the front desk staff. While that is outside our control, we appreciate you mentioning that our check-in information was helpful. Your insights help us enhance our guests’ experiences, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future! Lily, Team Hosteeva
