Very clean home. Excellent communication with the host! We really loved being so close to everything!! The beach was a very short 7 min drive.We actually ended up adding days to our stay and Nury was very accommodating when we were charged a 2nd cleaning fee. If we ever need a place to stay and relax with our pup in Seminole, this will be our place! Our pup loved the fenced in back yard! It was so nice to not have to worry about her and the ability to just open the door and let her go do her business. She didn't want to come back in! Lol!! There is also a nice washing station where she had her bath. With the turf grass it was super easy to clean up after her as well!!!For sure recommend for a small family with a pup. Its perfect!

We were extremely pleased with our visit. The home is very clean and comfy! We had our pup, Luna, she had a blast running free in the fenced in back yard! We enjoyed playing with her in the evenings. The back yard has a little sitting area where there are little lights strung around. It is so awesome at night.Nory is just the best host we have had in our many stays in different properties. She was responsive and communicated with us anytime we reached out within mins. We had decided to stay for 2 more weeks and needed to extend our stay. Nory was so accommodating and even refunded us the 2nd cleaning fee we were charged with the new booking. We will for sure come back and stay at La Casa!!We also lived that everything you need is here already for use. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Even new tooth brushes!!Thank you Nury!!!

The bad: We could not cook because there were so many’s nats in the house, toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall, no wash clothes were provided, the bunk beds were missing bolts and felt like it was going to fall apart and ladder fell off several timesThe good: it had a good location and the listing was for the most part accurate

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the good location and the accuracy of the listing. We’re sorry for the inconveniences during your stay. Additional towels, including washcloths, are available in the closet, and we would have gladly provided more if you had let us know. The bunk beds are new and are checked regularly. The ladder is secured with ties, so we’re surprised it came loose, but we will review it again. The toilet paper holder can loosen with normal use, and it will also be adjusted. Regarding the gnats, thank you for informing us; it was addressed at the time, and it’s an uncommon situation that had not occurred before. Thank you again for your feedback. We are always available to assist during your stay.
