This beautiful tastefully decorated oversized home is fully equipped for both long or short stays. You’ll have two bedrooms with very comfortable queen size beds, a stocked bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and ice and cold filtered water refrigerator, game room, work out bench and brand new AC. You’ll have a huge and peaceful back yard with modern lounging area, huge fire-pit circle with soft powdery beach sand to sooth your feet and a practical Charcoal grill. Our guests will feel right at home.

This house is in a fantastic, quiet neighborhood right near the Tampa Airport. It’s exactly as pictured, and the host goes above and beyond with essentials like laundry pods and toiletries. Check-in was a breeze, the host even let us in early and was super quick to respond when we needed an iron. I’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for a relaxing trip to the Tampa/St Pete area! Comfy beds. So much space. Loved the light up bar, and easy to cook in kitchen! Would definitely stay here again if I came back to the area!!

The home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood near plenty of amenities. It was perfect for our short trip to visit family in the local area. The host was responsive and all instructions for check in and check out were very clear. Our kids loved the game room and the big tv!When we come to visit again, we will absolutely book another stay here!

This is the best vrbo we have ever had. Owner responds immediately. House was immaculate. First vrbo i felt comfortable not wearing shoes.Nice quiet neighborhood. We felt comfortable taking short walks there. Host was kind, caring, made sure we had everything. There is a smalll gas ststion a short walk away where you could purchase drinks, and some food. Is one thing to be aware of. Ray James stadium about a bit more than half hour away. I cannot praise the house or owner enough. I would give 20 stars rating if i could. Truly is home away from home. I definitely would stsy there if i ever return that way.

My son and I had a business training in the area and found the house to fit our needs. It was in a quiet neighborhood and was well stocked. Although we didn't use them, it had family friendly games. The beds were comfortable. Gabrielle was quick to respond when I accidentally locked us out. We will definitely reserve this property in the future.

Rent with peace of mind knowing that we are licenced by the state of Florida Commerce Hotels and Restaurants Division. Our operational license is displayed in plain view inside the home. We are also certified by The National Wildlife Federation. Our member certification is displayed next to our operational business license. All of our rental properties are and meet the requirements of a national conservation corridor that attracts migratory birds and butterflies by providing water, food and shelter to migratory species. Come and enjoy an experience, be part of our conservation team by renting from responsible and mindful hosts.
