Home away from home with hot tub and full fenced private cozy backyard. Hot tub perfect for relaxing after a long day.
This cozy remodeled home will sleep up to 12 people comfortably. Located within minutes to shopping and the beautiful downtown area. About 38 miles from Tampa Airport. Public beach on the Gulf is about 2,8 miles away.
Weeki Wachee river 21miles, Fred Howard Park and Beach 12miles, Honeymoon Island 19 miles, Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park located only 2,8 miles.

Washer and Dryer included after 4 days.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for issues related to insects or weather conditions. Our property is located in a natural environment where insects and changing weather are part of the experience.

Amazing Stay!

Amazing house, amenities, and communication with our host. Everything was absolutely perfect and we hope to stay here again next time we come to visit our friends in New Port Richey.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Worst VRBO I have ever stayed in and we travel often! The host is rude and has way too many rules. The neighborhood is old and shady. When we were driving to the house we did not feel safe and the host has at least 4 cameras outside for your safety. No safe neighborhood needs that many cameras. You are watched since you walk in the house and even though no cameras are allowed inside, I would not be surprised if there are some hidden. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed with signs everywhere with rules, no noise, no gatherings, take care of the property, the hot tub has pee sensors, etc. the host lives next door and pays attention to your every move. The house also has a for sale sign outside so they renovated it to sell and want it in perfect condition. We booked for 12 but my kids invited 4 friends so we were 16. When the host asked I said yes how much is it per additional guest and we will pay. He responded rudely and said there are no guest permitted they have to leave right now. Since we were in the middle of dinner I told him 4 people would leave 2 hours later. He refused, got violent said he did not want us in his house and threatened to call the police if they did not leave at that moment. He kicked us out at midnight with 8 kids and continued to harass us. We felt uncomfortable since we arrived and with his attitude. It is not worth it. He also threaten to cancel the reservation at which point we wouldn't be able to leave a review. He has probably done it before.

Awesome host - highly recommend!

We didn’t end up staying at this property due to Hurricane Helene, but I wanted to take a moment to commend the host, Charlie. He reached out ahead of time to warn us about the severe weather, and we really appreciated his proactive communication. Although we were determined to proceed with our trip, Charlie remained in constant contact, answering my questions promptly—even early in the morning. Ultimately, we decided to cancel, and Charlie processed our refund immediately. It was a real pleasure dealing with such a responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommend!

Fantastic

House was spacious, beautiful, clean, in a great location, couldn’t have asked for more!! 3 bedrooms were on one side of the house and two were on the other, perfect for what we needed. We had 9 people staying in the house and showers were all going at the same time for everyone and never ran out of hot water!! We had plenty of room never felt crowded either. Will absolutely there again when we come back.

A nice place to stay

What a nice place to stay. 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a hottub. When we arrived, the house was spotless and had nice amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location was convenient to local attractions. The rental manager was communicative and flexible. I would recommend this property.
