Waterfront Lake Oconee home - beautiful home with gorgeous views, 2 kayaks

Escape to our beautiful 4-bedroom vacation home directly on Lake Oconee. It is just a short 10-minute drive from the Ritz-Carlton, shopping, dining, and community activities. Relax by the fireplace or enjoy a movie night after a day of exploring all of the local stores in nearby Lake Oconee Village. You'll have all the comforts of home with a well-stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, spices, and more. Stay connected with the provided Wi Fi, and keep your clothes fresh with the in-unit washer and dryer. With air conditioning, heating, and ample parking, you'll have everything you need for an unforgettable getaway. As you plan your upcoming vacation, here are some ideas to make things even better:

There is kayaking, fishing, areas for walking, and swimming available, but if you want to rent a boat or jet ski, please plan ahead:
Fish Tales Marina 706-717-8158 and
Young Harris Sports 706-200-1720
Anchors Marina 706-623-0024
Oconee Wild Watersports 706-816-0166.

If you want a catered meal, then email Jennifer@thechefandthewife.com. 757-870-9825. They can prepare meals cooked on site for your event.

Instacart delivers in the area, but plan 2 days ahead; typically Publix is the choice and you would choose the Greensboro location using zip code 30642.

Restaurant recommendations In the Lake Oconee area:
Sweet Kneads bakery for breakfast or lunch

Cafe 44 has excellent lunch
choices and great bakery and dessert Items! The peach muffins are my favorite.

Lake Oconee Bistro
Seafood and other great menu Items with a full lunch and dinner menu that offers something for everyone.

Best 4th of July

The property was perfect!! We were able to bring our boat and jet, skis and dock them right there on their dock. Swimming right off the dock was perfect.!! The house had so much room for everyone!! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. Hoping to stay here again!!!

Our stay was extremely relaxing and very comfortable (except for the loud next-door neighbors on the weekend). The house is unique and has a fantastic layout plus lots of lake frontage. During the week, we would be content to stay on the enormous porch and hop in the lake or kayak. No need to leave, but if you want to go to the Ritz or grab food in town, they are convenient.

Wedding weekend!

This house was perfect for my daughter & bridesmaids to get ready for the wedding! I arrived that morning and thought I couldn’t have found a better place! The owner also let us do late check out so we could get ready. A lot of space and beautiful views!

I love to host because traveling is one of my favorite things to do. I have traveled internationally as well as throughout our beautiful country, and I love to stay in people’s homes. It gives me a better sense of the area and allows my family to have an even higher level of engagement than I would get at a hotel. We have included a list of things to do in the area as well as some games and activities so that you can make wonderful memories here after year staying with us.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I love the Cuscowilla neighborhood because it’s very open and scenic. There is always plenty to do and I love being outdoors. I hope you enjoy the opportunity to relax and recharge or be as active as you want on vacation in our neighborhood..

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our home has the most scenic lake views from all rooms. We are centrally located in the community and accessible to everything in town as well as to the Ritz Carlton, several wedding venues, and outdoor fun.
