Very Close To The Imperial River (Can see the river from the living room and porch on the house, it's a short walk down the shelled walkway) Close to the beach (1.2 Miles), Bike/ Walk to Beach World Famous Doc's for Sunsets 1.2 miles Away, lots of shopping, restaurants close by all within 1 mile, Lovers Key 5 miles, 15 miles to Fort Myers Beach, 10 To Naples. Publix is close so is 7/11. No Animals! Floating Docks with Room for 2 Waverunners and it has a Comfortable Kayak Launch

Fishing retreat

Nice property,short walk to river about 60 seconds. Great fishing. Big oak tree shaded deck as described. Interior nice and cozy. Will definitely return.

Vacation getaway

We loved the warmth and sunshine. Perfect location. Close to grocery stores, etc. but still a quiet environment. The Imperial River was visible. On our first day we had trouble with the TV and it was replaced immediately. We are hoping to stay there again.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana. Been here since 2003 and love it. Feel like a "cracker" that's slang for a Florida native. Lived in Cape coral , Bonita Springs and Fort Myers Beach. Love hosting and providing reliable comfortable vacation rentals.

Bonita Springs is a sleepy town growing into the next Naples....like it or not. LOL. We have friendships with lots of local native Floridians. We love the beach access and the closeness to everything we need. We chose Florida for the sunshine and here for the Sunny Climate.

Our properties are special in a way, we own and operate a demolition business here called Remove It Pros Inc. We repurpose a large amount of perfectly good items heading to the dump through our day to day operations of the demolition business, we rescue stuff most demo companies around here put into the dumpsters. The vast majority of the furniture and Kitchen Cabinets, Vanities, Shower Doors, Countertops, Decorations, Kitchen Utensils and Appliances are repurposed from our Reuse It Pros Warehouse over at 28381 Race Track Rd in Bonita Springs
