Large Screened in Lanai, Vaulted Ceilings, New Full Kitchen, Full sized washer and dryer. Room for three cars in the drive. NO DOGS, Smoking outside.

Spend your mornings at the beach, your afternoons exploring the coast, and your evenings enjoying live music and great local food. This is a wonderful home base for discovering Bonita Springs.

Bonita Beach is just 1.3 miles away, putting sand, salt air, and spectacular sunsets close to your doorstep. Nearby Barefoot Beach offers another beautiful escape, with shell-strewn shores and a natural Florida setting. Follow the road through the Barefoot Beach community to discover Barefoot Beach Preserve—a tucked-away coastal treasure with protected dunes, native wildlife, and a peaceful shoreline made for long walks. Beach loungers and umbrellas are available to rent, making it easy to settle in for the afternoon.

The property was clean and easy to get to it. Nice selection of restaurants and the beach closed 2 minutes drive.

Short and more than sweet.

We were looking for a place for a short stay on dates that coincided with our travel plans, worked out nicely. Unit had everything we needed and the host was great.

Bonita Springs is a sleepy town growing into the next Naples....like it or not. LOL. We have friendships with lots of local native Floridians. We love the beach access and the closeness to everything we need. We chose Florida for the sunshine and here for the Sunny Climate.

Our properties are special in a way, we own and operate a demolition business here called Remove It Pros Inc. We repurpose a large amount of perfectly good items heading to the dump through our day to day operations of the demolition business, we rescue stuff most demo companies around here put into the dumpsters. The vast majority of the furniture and Kitchen Cabinets, Vanities, Shower Doors, Countertops, Decorations, Kitchen Utensils and Appliances are repurposed from our Reuse It Pros Warehouse over at 28381 Race Track Rd in Bonita Springs
