This is a nice little house that was perfect for my wife and I. It would also be great for a small family with the two twin beds in the spare room. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The house is an easy walk to the beach, about one and a half blocks away. The pool was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again!

Awesome, kiddos were bummed no bicycles and no pool lights for nughttime swimming but overall great, clean, easy access.

Nice Beach Cottage

Our stay was very comfortable in this nice beach house. It’s very close to the beach within blocks and walkable. When we got into the house, it was very clean and the kitchen was already fully equipped. We are a family of 5 and the kids and teen really enjoyed the pool. There was no noise and outdoor areas were very comfortable. Overall our stay was outstanding.

Overall our stay was good. There was a lack of communication on the alarm button for the back door as well as if there were wagons available. There's an alarm on the back door, and in the folder at the house it said to push the button to turn it off. Yet there was no button to push. When I reached out to the owners, they told me there was no alarm. But there clearly was. Also in the pictures it shows wagons available, I reached out to confirm and was told there was not. We arrived and found that the pictures were true, there were wagons. We could have saved $70 by not checking our wagon at the airport had the owners communicated correctly to us. Those 2 things, and the complementary 1 roll of toilet paper were the only issues. I guess we were wrong in assuming there would be more than 1 roll, but that was communicated to us in the check in email I had received. The location was great, the pool was very convenient, and the house was sufficient enough for us to definitely consider coming back.

Great little spot!

We had a great time at this location and we were surprisingly able to see the Fourth of July parade perfectly from the comfort of the backporch which was a great surprise for the kids. We enjoyed the backyard pool area thoroughly, it was nicely decorated with a good amount of privacy. The rental home is a reasonable walking distance to the beach and they provided 2 wagons and 4 beach chairs in the garage as well. The home was clean and provided all of the essentials you would need including something as simple as laundry baskets, which we really appreciated. We love this island and the rental company was very quick to address any concerns we had.

Close to the beach & easy access to the free Trolley!

I came here as a solo get away in September and loved my time! Being able to float around in the pool all day was amazing. The pool was super dirty when I first got there but they had just experienced a hurricane prior to my arrival so that's why - they got it cleaned up for me that same day as soon as I reached out. Quick walk to both the beach and to a trolley stop which can take you to either end of the island. One downfall was the lack of re-stock provided such as garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towel etc. I assumed this would be stored in the linen closet but had to go buy it all from the store. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Place was amazing! The pool was a little green on the floor and edges you could see your foot prints. Contacted management they came and looked at pool and said it was not green but the cleaning company did not come till Friday to “clean”. Other wise loved it inside is very clean!

Relaxing Stay

We had a great time in Anna Maria Island. This location was perfect for us (nice and quiet and close to the beach). The place was so clean and stocked with what we needed. The pool was chilly but it was due to the cold weather.

Loved AMI

The home was nice and the backyard was a tropical oasis however the pool was pretty dirty when we checked in on Saturday and even though we notified them, it still wasnt cleaned until Thursday evening while we were away to dinner. The home did irritated all of our allerigies and my husband wondered if the airfilter needed to be replaced but it was very beautiful and had all of the amenities we hoped for. Great location on a quiet part of the island

Perfect for a family vacation

My wife and two children (6 and 8) experienced our best vacation while staying here. Plenty of room for us along with everything needed. The kids enjoyed the private pool and it was a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and we had no issues throughout the week. Definitely would like to stay here again.

The best family vacation we’ve ever had!

This property, and the beautiful island of AMI gave us the best week of our lives. The location of the home was perfect, centrally located on the island and we biked all over for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We parked the car and only used it to get to our kayak adventure in Sarasota. The home was stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, sand toys, pool floats etc. We had coffee each morning on the covered back porch and listened to the birds sing. We walked or biked to the beach each day and it was an extremely easy walk. The private pool was the highlight of our stay! The back yard made you feel like you were in a tropical oasis. The beds slept great, the kitchen was well stocked and we had absolutely everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Great house great trip

We had a wonderful time on the island again. House was perfect for what we needed. We had 6 in our party and we made use of both the nearby beach and the pool. Everything was very close and easy to access. We reached out the the owner two times with questions and they got back to us immediately and resolved our concern in minutes. Overall it was a great trip. Would definitely stay here again.

All the extras and then some!

Group of 4 adults. Smooth check-in, greeted us with a bottle of wine and personalized note for our 30th anniversary. Property was spotless. Plenty of extras, beach towels, wagon, chairs, quality kitchen utensils/pans, and more! Details well contained within the binder that had local cuisine and instructions for checkout/problems/after hour call. We had debris in the pool and I emailed them at 8am and within the hour someone was out to clean it. The entire process with this property and the management will guarantee my return. Access to the beautiful sunset is literally a couple blocks away on same street! Don't forget to bring extra trash bags/toliet paper/paper products (they give you starter supply). No internet or cable issues. Good water pressure. This unit is shared with a lovely couple next door who has a sweet lab that was super friendly. Two parking spots onsite. The only enhancement to the property that we could recommend would be the addition of a small TV in the 2nd bedroom. This was the perfect splurge for our 30th and we will be returning to this property. It was our friends first time to AMI and I'm so thankful that we stayed here!

Perfect quick get away

We planned a last minute trip for the family to Florida. We never have been to Anna Maria Island but found this property at the perfect price and location. It was so great! Had everything we could need. The pool was the perfect size for a family of 4 and the screened in porch was a great way to enjoy the outside without the bugs. The distance to the beach was a little far for a 3 year old to drag all our stuff down so we rented a golf cart but it would have been doable for adults.

Lovely, Convenient, and Clean!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Upon entry, the unit was spotless and homey. Not mentioned in the description (or perhaps we missed it) were two additional roll away beds. The private pool and backyard were very inviting as was the screened patio where we are every home-cooked meal. As others have commented, the beds were the most comfortable I've stayed in away from home. A beach cart along with chairs is available for your use…as well as a myriad of pool toys. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. There were no issues and we felt completely safe. The condo is attached to one other that had permanent residents who were also lovely. We have no complaints whatsoever. We will definitely consider this condo again!

Close to beach

Very clean house with a nice location close to the beach. The heated pool was nice since the pool area is very shaded, however, it needs to be timed to warm up earlier in the day. Overall a good experience and would recommend it.

Fabulous property close to the beach

This is a great property for a small family that likes it quiet with just a short walk to the beach. Very clean, and kitchen had everything we needed for cooking during our stay, and the grill worked great. Pool was great with lots of shade in the afternoon. Would rent again for sure!

Lovely stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this island hideaway east. The home was beautiful with a gorgeous pool and a wonderful variety of pool toys and beach extras including a great wagon. The home didn't have any clean sheets in he day of our arrival but we sent a message and someone dropped them off on our 2nd day. Okay he owners take great pride in their home and it was a pleasure for my family to be able to use the home for our stay!
