A bit tricky figuring out the pool/ hot tub functions (lights, heat, etc.) “Fishing” the worms out of the pool and game room (AKA garage) each day wasn’t the most pleasant. The home itself is pretty well kept. Most frying pans were warped causing uneven cooking. Recommend changing light sensor functions so motion doesn’t come on in middle of night. There’s two washers and two dryers, but it seems one washer wasn’t working during our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was prime. Getting in and out of the neighborhood, and the proximity to Disney made it very convenient. Walmart is very close so easy to get groceries. The house was spacious and comfortable. The beds were SO comfortable after a long day at the parks. We had everything we needed to enjoy a pool day, daily essentials, cookware, coffee. The water feature in the pool made for some great ambient noise at night. We had more than enough towels and were able to easily do laundry. The only minor issue we had was not enough hot water for everyone to shower and the water is very hard. The hard water is typical of FL but it was not good on our skin and hair and left residue on everything. But this was a very minor issue and would not detract me from renting again. Communication was top notch and we had all the info we needed. The personal touch, recommendations and kind property managers were genuinely appreciated. Highly recommend!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful 11 night stay at Tom's Windsor Hills Premium MDM 5/5 Lake View Home. The house was clean and well presented when we arrived. It is spacious and well furnished, with plenty of space for our family group of 7 adults. We enjoyed the pool which was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and glasses etc, and a large fridge freezer. We also enjoyed playing billiards in the games room and making use of the streaming services available on the TVs to watch Disney films etc! The house is in one of the most convenient locations for getting to the Disney parks, taking only about 10 minutes to drive to Animal Kingdom, and a little longer to the other parks. There are many restaurants within a short drive so it was easy to call in on the way home from the parks, or to go back to the house then go out again later in the evening. From the time of booking, and all throughout our stay, Tom provided lots of information and was very quick to respond to any questions we had, which was very reassuring. We had a small issue with a vertical blind that was fixed the same day!We have no hesitation in recommending this holiday home and would love to return in the future!

Everything you see in the pictures is there and exactly how it is shown online.Everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom. Pool table was a big hit with our son. The home had all of the amenities we needed.Tom was a fantastic host. He was great to work with and very quick to respond to our questions. This was one of the factors in our decision to stay here. We had read so many good things about Tom in all the reviews that were all true.We would highly recommend staying here.

This was a really nice place to stay. Clean and quiet. Very spacious. Very nice pool and hot tub. Big TV, with Disney, which was fun for the young one. Nice to have a washer and dryer on hand for wet clothes. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Very easy drive to Disney, and there are many gift shops and a huge Walmart just down the road. Was also pretty cheap to take Lyft/Uber to Disney. You'll definitely want to do a big shopping trip at the start of the stay. The house doesn't promise any comestible amenities, and they aren't kidding. Not even salt and pepper in the kitchen. Just one roll of paper towels. And bring your own toiletries -- most bathrooms only had a tiny hotel soap and mini shampoo bottle, though for some reason only the upstairs bathrooms had large hand soap dispensers. I did appreciate that the owner had soap bottles sent over when I complained about the needing hand soap in the kitchen. And the kitchen has lots of dishes, made it easy to cook a few meals at home.

Great Vacation House

A Gem in Kissimmee

Our stay was fantastic. The house is beautiful the location was great for Disney and Universal but peaceful and relaxing. The pool was a comfortable 84 degrees and hot tub even better. Management was fantastic with communication and super fast to address any issues or questions. The community is also very nice with a large pool and splash park for the kiddies with a small deli type store with burgers, sandwiches and house essentials. Would stay here again without even looking elsewhere.

Awesome stay at an awesome property!

This place is super close to Disney! The gated community is very quiet. It was too cold during our stay to use the community pool, so the kids just enjoyed our private heated pool. There was a pool table, ping pong table and video games to keep the kids occupied when we weren’t at the theme parks. The owner has an app to clarify pretty much everything about the property. We all loved this place!

Amazing house for adults and kids

Can’t say enough great things about the house and owner. Exceeded our expectations and we plan to return. Owner was super responsive and answered every question. Our kids loved the bonus room with Xbox and more.
