Please note that due to ongoing construction work in the building, parking access might be temporarily restricted. Access can change unexpectedly, depending on the construction schedule. Please park only in the designated parking space assigned to our unit. Parking in any other spot is strictly prohibited and may result in your vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense.

▶ Minimum age is 18
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. We do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. If you have unregistered guests in the unit, you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Do not flush paper, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm, and check-out is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
