It was a wonderful place to stay. It was just like being at home. The home was clean and everything was well maintained. We also met the neighbors who were friendly and welcoming. The area felt safe at any time of day. Our dog, Finnigan felt right at home. Finny enjoyed his walks around the community and the wooded area with walkable trails. We will definitely book this home again for future stays.

House is just ok

House smells damp. There are birds living inside the siding. The yard is not kept up. Mostly knee deep the whole month we were there. There were ants and other bugs noted in the house. There was only 2 garbage bags left no hand soap in any bathrooms. The deck needed staining and has a rickety table and 2 chairs we were afraid would collapse. The cupboards and vanities really need replacing. No counter space. Bathtub is very slippery

Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed here for almost two months with our dog. This was our second time in this house, as we rented it for a month last summer. The property managers were extremely responsive to all of our requests. After our stay last summer, I suggested some corrections and additions that could be made in the home. When we arrived this July, every one of my suggestions had been addressed. Satharina called me twice just to make sure that everything was going well. We have become regular “Sunbirds”, leaving for Minnesota to avoid the Arizona summers. We have definitely found a great place to stay at Lily House.

Very clean, quiet neighborhood

Great house! Very roomy, clean and comfortable!!! Very convenient if you need to visit Mayo Clinic or one of Mayo Clinic's hospitals!!! Close to HyVee grocery store if you need anything.

Home away from home

This was a very comfortable place to stay while I had appointments at Mayo. The neighbors were very friendly. Management was quick to respond when help was needed. I would stay here again.

Cozy house in a great location

We spent 4 1/2 weeks at Lily House In July/ August. When we checked in, the garage door opener was missing. Apparently the previous renter had accidentally taken it. I called Amir (it was 4th of July weekend) and he had another opener delivered the next day. The house has two bedrooms, one bath, and the kitchen upstairs. The downstairs has two bedrooms. There is a propane grill on the balcony in back. The grassy. fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. The kitchen was well-equipped. The kitchen table is large and there are eight chairs that can be used around it, although it is designed for six. The bedroom furniture is a little old with some loose handles, but was adequate for us. The closets in the queen bedrooms are quite large. The location, in northwest Rochester just off East Circle Drive is great for getting anywhere in town. We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

Excellent Property!

Very clean, convenient location! In town doctoring at Mayo, easy to get around and far enough away from downtown to relax. Very nice deck with great sun! Garage parking is nice!

Thank you for the respite

Lilly Place was ideal for us to rent when we needed a place for our family and occasionally, our puppy, to stay while attending visits at the Mayo Clinic. Upstairs and downstairs gave us plenty of room to get away from each other during the day and the common areas were good for watching a movie or catching up on the day. The location was good for a 10 min drive to the clinic and groceries/food within a mile or two. We really appreciated the attention and quick, sometimes unexpected responses, when we needed a little help from the owners. Thank you!

Great house with nice owners.

Really enjoyed the fenced in yard for our dog. Amir was also very helpful in providing options if we needed to extend our stay. Some of the house could use repair like small damages in walls and doors but overall it is a very nice house.

Exactly what we needed.

We needed a property that was close to the Mayo Clinic, had a fenced yard, with at least 3 bedrooms, and had all the necessities to prepare meals at home. This house gave us what we needed. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable and because it was a split level house gave us plenty of room. The garage was an added bonus, especially when it snowed.

Good Family/Mayo time

An overall good experience. Location is great, neighborhood quiet and good streets for walking and garage a definite plus with cold and soon to be snowy weather. Apples on table and water in fridge as well as coffee on hand a definite plus and welcome touch. Note to owners: lighting in the bedrooms could be updated particularly in the rooms with no ceiling lights, and just from a safety standpoint, the hoses in the laundry room would perhaps be relocated rather than running across the floor. This was our second stay at the home, so perhaps that says it all. We will be back! Good value!

Mayo Clinic trip

My husband, Lew Metts, had a week of tests at the clinic. I secured the Lily House within minutes of Lew getting his appointment. The house was in close proximity to anything we needed. We brought our two Mini Aussie pups and they were welcomed and had a fenced yard. I was amazed at the fabulous appliances; particularly, the washing machine. We were also happy to be able to watch Netflix and Prime video. We were very happy with accommodations and would recommend The Lily House.

The Lilly house was perfect for our 8 day stay. We were in Rochester to have our son's health issues evaluated by the Doctors at Mayo, and the Lily house was perfect for us. It was very comfortable ,clean, and well located. So very much better than staying that long in a motel or hotel. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time in Rochester. Great Location

Lily house is in a residential neighborhood very conveniently located less than a half mile from Bowlocity, a Grocery Store, movie Theater, liquor store convince store, Shopko and much more! The garage came in very handy as the winter weather was intense. The house is not fancy but warm and comfortable!

Nice house in a great location 10 minutes to the Mayo Clinic.

Nice house close to the Clinic. Stayed for 2 1/2 weeks during treatment. Garage was a nice bonus in December. Owners were great. We needed a humidifier and they immediately supplied one. The kitchen pots & pans have seen better days but overall it was well supplied. Centrally located 10 minutes from the Clinic and close to all amenities. Good for couples or families. Easier if you have a car.

Good value and great location for us

My husband and I stayed in this house for over two months during our transition period of moving back to MN from New England. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to all of Rochester, including Mayo. Being on the north end of town also made it closer for our trips up to Minneapolis and MSP airport. The management is very helpful, responsive, and professional. We have stayed at dozens of VRBO / HomeAway / airbnb properties throughout the country and we found this rental property to be a good value and well suited to our needs.

Great Place To Recover

This is a perfect home to stay at while recovering from surgery! We loved the back yard for our dog and she loved being the queen of the back deck! Great new appliances and garage. Was wonderful having the new washer and dryer to keep up with the laundry. Also great having the ability to prepare meals at home. Would recommend and stay again ourselves.

Great property close to Mayo

Quiet family neighborhood, great for walking. Close to shopping and Mayo. House allows privacy as well as family gathering spots. Management outstanding. We will stay here again!

Everything we needed!

We were traveling with kids so the extra space was great. The location was near restaurants, movie theater and bowling. It was extremely easy to get in and check out of. The management was a pleasure to work with.

This was the perfect cozy house for our 3 week trip to Rochester.

This house had everything we needed. We came to Rochester to adopt a baby, and the house was a perfect for his first weeks of life. It was clean and comfortable in every way. The beds were nice, the rooms had ample space, the kitchen had plenty of necessities, and the yard was good for our dogs. If we come back to Rochester, we would stay there again. Thank you!
