The space

10-foot high ceilings, natural light, and refreshing breezes let you enjoy the living room and balcony, while AC in the bedrooms ensures a peaceful night's sleep.



Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, then dine in the actual dining room. Afterward, retire to the living room for relaxation, TV, and balcony views.



Enjoy blazing-fast wifi and movies on the big screen for cozy nights in. Luxury bamboo sheets and quality mattresses ensure a good night's sleep.



We welcome furry friends if they are house trained. A $50 pet fee per pet per stay for stays of up to 5 days applies. For longer stays, the pet fee may vary slightly. Please feel free to ask any questions; we'll be happy to provide more information and see if we can accommodate you.

Other things to note

This is a well-maintained older building. It has held up through Maria and other challenges. Everything works and we do our best to keep things operational, but just like your grandma, things that have been around a long time are fragile and deserve your respect and loving handling. So please be nice to our (and your) little beach house. And notify us if anything is broken or needs some TLC.



Also, occasional power outages and less-than-stellar water pressure and temperature are common realities of life in Puerto Rico. These are beyond our control, but the apartment is equipped with a backup generator and water cistern, so you can stay comfortable and powered up even during outages. We hope you come with an easygoing attitude about these small inconveniences—it will make your time here more enjoyable!

Additionally, while we do our best to keep critters away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to encourage them to move away.
