Guest Access:
Guests will receive a check in code to enter on the front door to gain entry. Security camera faces the driveway. Security panel inside the home with guest access.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet, charming, and super safe middle street in a quaint little INDY neighborhood on the north side. No through traffic! Easy access to Zionsville, Carmel, Fishers, Nora and Broad Ripple. 17 min to Westfield and Grand Park. Only 13-15 min to DT INDY. St Vincent is 1 mile away, DT hospitals all within 15-20 mins. IU North 12 min, Community North 15 min. IMS is 12 min away! Butler 8 min away. Children's Museum 10 min. Keystone @ Crossing 10 min. IMS is 11 minutes wired back road access! This location is central to so much and in a safe area/neighborhood in North INDY.

Getting Around:
Parking in the driveway for 3-4 cars. Please no street parking unless approved. Bus lines run outside the neighborhood on the main streets. Uber is always around!!

Other Things to Note:
Absolutely no smoking or parties. Family gatherings upon approval! There is an adjacent ADU on site. This shares no spaces inside or outside. BUT the studio will more than likely have a guest. It is listed here on this platform. Please reach out if you need to book the other side as well


Burning is not allowed. No fire pit.

**Recycling is every other Friday.
Trash pick up is every Friday.**

For check out, please place all dirty towels in the washer. (Kitchen and bathroom towels) and start the 1st load… if there’s room, please throw in the used pillowcases. Please don’t make your beds…It’s important for the cleaning crew to know what beds need to be freshly turned.

Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher including the coffee pot and kindly remove coffee grounds in the trashcan.
