Thank you so much! We are so thrilled to hear that Laurel Lodge delivered such a wonderful stay! A great location, beautiful mountain views that were enjoyable rain or shine from that deck, and a maintenance team that was right there to take care of your minor issues quickly -- that is exactly what we strive for! And daily bear visits trying their luck with the cars and grill drip trays sounds like the full Smoky Mountain experience! We are so glad there was no damage and that it turned out to be a true highlight of your trip rather than a headache. You are absolutely right that keeping those doors locked is always the best policy in bear country! We would love to welcome you back, whether at Laurel Lodge or one of our other cabins, the next time the Smokies are calling your name. We hope to see you back in Gatlinburg very soon!

Thank you so much! We are so thrilled to hear that everything was great at Laurel Lodge! Having each room with its own private bathroom is such a wonderful feature for groups and we are so glad that little touch of having toiletries ready and waiting made the experience feel even more special and well thought out for your stay. We would love to welcome you back -- whether at Laurel Lodge or one of our other cabins -- the next time the Smokies are calling your name. We hope to see you back in Gatlinburg very soon!

Thank you so much! We are so glad to hear that Laurel Lodge was a great stay and we love that you got to experience some of the Smokies most famous residents during your visit! You make such an important point about locking your car doors -- those bears are incredibly smart and persistent and that is always one of our top tips for guests staying in the area. We truly appreciate you passing that along for future guests! We always strive for a perfect 10 out of 10 experience and we would love the opportunity to welcome you back -- whether at Laurel Lodge or one of our other cabins -- and to earn that extra two points on your next visit! We hope to see you back in Gatlinburg very soon!

Thank you so much! We are so thrilled to hear that Laurel Lodge was such a perfect fit for your large group! Twelve ensuites meaning absolutely no shared bathrooms is truly one of the most special features of that property and we are so glad that made such a difference for everyone in your group -- that kind of comfort and privacy is so important when traveling together! A deck large enough for the whole family and that stunning view of Mt. Le Conte -- it really does not get much better than that in the Smokies and we are so happy it left such a lasting impression! Knowing that you will definitely book again means the world to us and we would love to welcome your whole group back -- whether at Laurel Lodge or one of our other cabins -- the next time the Smokies are calling your name. We hope to see you back in Gatlinburg very soon!

Thank you so much! We absolutely love hearing that Laurel Lodge was able to accommodate such a wonderful range of ages -- from 90 years young all the way down to 9 months old is truly a full family gathering and we are so thrilled that everyone had a great time! A beautiful space, great appliances, and a layout that works for the whole family is exactly what we strive for and it means so much to hear that it all came together so well for your group. And we are so glad the black bears provided some entertainment during your stay -- your tips about keeping cars locked and food stored safely are spot on and so helpful for future guests! We will also make note of the Costco and Sam's Club feedback -- we completely understand how helpful those stores are when stocking up for a large group and we appreciate you sharing that! In the meantime we are so glad Holston's Catering was able to step in and take great care of everyone! We would love to welcome your whole family back -- whether at Laurel Lodge or one of our other cabins -- the next time the Smokies are calling your name. We hope to see you back in Gatlinburg very soon!

We are happy to hear that you had a great time! Hope you got some great pictures of your bear friends! Looking forward to seeing you again next time!

Thanks for the review and we are proud to host your memorial get together. "Held noise well" tells me you had a rocking good time! With a full house and rooms to be together, or bedrooms to be apart, how can it not be a guaranteed success! If your group grows, here an idea. We have a three bedroom called "Camelot" just a through steps through the woods, so room to grow! We hope to see you in the mountains again soon.

We are so glad you had a great stay at Laurel Lodge and we were able to accommodate your group! Thank you for continuing to choose Mountain Laurel Chalets, we love having you as a part of our family! Looking forward to next year's stay!

It is great to know that you all loved your stay at Laurel Lodge! It is a fantastic chalet for people to spend quality time together. We are very sorry about the ice maker, we always want to be good stewards of our guests, and we wish that we could have gotten that fixed for you. It would be great to have you back with us soon!
