Short stay to see a golf tournament. Place was near the event. Place looks like the pictures. I did state we were bringing our son, but when we showed up there were no bed linings for him. The linings didn’t show up until the next day. He slept without a blanket. The host was very slow to react.

Door combination wouldn't work initially. Verbo app wouldn't update when new messages were sent from host (not their fault but made it even harder to get into property). Finally got access via keys. "Sleeps 5" only if 3 sleep on couches: there is only one bed in the apartment.

Our experience was disappointing. The unit needed better cleaning, and the broken shared washer/dryer caused a mosquito issue. There was also a concerning safety incident in the neighborhood during our stay. Communication with the host was slow, and we haven’t received a response regarding our early departure and refund request.

Apartment stay

apartment was amazing and nice only problem I had was the cleaning it was a lot of hair in the bathroom/bath tub with stains on the couch in the bathroom which me or my partner didn’t sit on along with the floor hopefully they would do a better job with the cleaning … another small issue I had was the security fee which was 300 I was not inform that I was going to be charge while booking and talking with the host a day before my stay they tried to charge my card without my knowledge please be aware and ask question before booking this rental overall it was a good stay and nice apartment

Clean and Quiet 3-Floor Walkup

I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the apartment. Everything was clean and appeared freshly painted. Appliances appeared new. The neighborhood was quiet--across the street from a church. Street parking was easy.One problem was the water flow in the bathroom sink is inadequate. I ended up using the kitchen sink to wash my face and hands. The shower was fine, but I think the addition of a grab bar or a nonskid mat would be a good safety feature. I fell walking down the front steps one day because it was raining and the steps were slick. I reported this, suggesting the addition of nonskid strips. The property manager wrote that this would be addressed, but that did not happen during my week-long stay.Overall very positive experience. I would stay there again.
