After a great day in the Blue Mountains, to prioritise quality, hassle-free time for all your guests, our modern home is the place for you. The single level property features both convenience and range of facilities including SmartTVs, fast Wi-Fi, BBQ, a firepit and ducted air-conditioning. Accessibility is easy with a ramped entrance and covered parking.
Just 2 minutes drive from Leura Mall, with Leura Golf Club, the popular Grand Cliff Top Walk and numerous other scenic trails all nearby. Reach our place by car, or an easy 15-minute walk from Leura train station.
Our holiday home is a modern, compact five-bedroom property consisting of a spacious master bedroom, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
For maximum comfort, the home is ideally suited for 6-8 people, but can accommodate up to 10 through sharing queen-sized beds.
Those unfamiliar with the area can rest comfortably knowing it's located in the village of Leura, arguably one of the prettiest and safest suburbs in the Blue Mountains.

Bedroom #1/Master Bedroom: Largest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, 55” SmartTV, leather seat, and dressing table.
Bedroom #2: Generously sized room with queen-sized bed and lush garden view.
Bedroom #3: 2 x king-single sized beds.
Bedroom #4: Queen-sized bed with lush green garden view.
Bedroom #5: Queen-sized bed.
In each bedroom, a combination of under-bed storage drawers, compact corner units and luggage racks provide storage for your clothes and belongings. All rooms have bedside lamps with USB charging sockets+cables, as well as privacy locks. Bedrooms #2-5 have customisable lighting. Seasons-appropriate quilts and linen are provided based on the number of guests booking. During Winter, we ensure you remain toasty warm with extra wool blankets as well as electric blankets.
Kitchen/Dining Area: these areas combine into a single convenient room; refer also to our last photo, the floor plan.
Preparing Western or Asian meals is easy using induction cooking and an electric grill/oven in our well-equipped kitchen. Cookware and a set of basic cookery condiments are included to ensure full meals can be easily prepared. A collection of modern appliances includes a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, sandwich press and Nespresso coffee machine. Asian kitchen equipment includes a rice cooker, steamer and multifunction cooker and a wok. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware.
The indoor dining table seats up to 8 guests. There is seating for a further 2 people at the kitchen bench on adjustable bar stools.
Lounge: relax and enjoy yourself in the lounge; sink into comfy leather sofas, an ottoman and floor cushions. A 65” SmartTV offers free-to-air TV, internet streaming or a display for your gaming console. Seated around the coffee table, a selection of board games provides classic fun for all.
Bathrooms: there are two bathrooms. Both have tiled floors, shower, sink, mirror, soap, shampoo and heated towel rails. Towels are provided based on the number of guests booking.
Back garden: a covered patio provides outdoor seating for 6. Next to the patio is a five-burner gas BBQ.
The tiered garden includes an area with a 70cm firepit (bring your own firewood); gaze into those flames and roast some marshmallows with your besties. :)
Use of the firepit strictly follows Fire Danger Ratings of the NSW Rural Fire Service. There will be days, particularly in warmer months, when the firepit cannot be used (we’ll advise too!)
Laundry: for longer stays, a large washing machine and dryer are located in the second bathroom, as well as an outdoor clothesline.
You will find essentials/consumables in the accommodation, including coffee pods and basic cooking condiments. Should you run out of these items and/or need groceries and beverages, nearby there is a Woolworths Metro Supermarket and BWS bottle shop (3 minutes drive) and a 24 hour BP Petrol Station (5 minutes drive).
We use a single security camera by the house entrance. We value privacy; we assure you that there will never be a camera on the back of the house and garden, and most definitely no cameras inside the property itself.
The tariff is based on 2 guests (adults or children). If more than 2 are staying, please enter the correct number to see the correct tariff. There is a maximum of 10 guests. Long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay. Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.
