The home was beautiful! Very clean. We go to Las Cruces every year for a softball tournament and I would stay at this home every year if available!

Fantastic Property!

The house was just as the photos portrayed, so well stocked for our stay. Really appreciated the extras, including snacks upon arrival, coffee creamer and filters, plates and cups for the kiddos. Excellent stay, highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

We have stayed at over a half a dozen homes while traveling for events in Las Cruces and this is by far one of our absolute favourite stays!!

Work trip

We came for the Wild West Shootout at Vado Speedway Park and this property was great for our race team. Plenty of space for everyone and very clean. It had everything we needed for a 2 week trip away from home.

Perfect

We needed a clean house with room to gather. Unfortunately we were there for a funeral but fortunately this house was perfect, comfortable and clean. It was well decorated, thoughtful touches included. Will rent again.

Las Cruces Gem

My wife and I stayed in Las Cruces for 5 days to enjoy the wonderful gravel and trail rides in and around town. We greatly enjoyed our stay at The New Cozy Alamo Casita. The home was very clean and well equipped with kitchenwares and cooking supplies. The furniture is new and all matches perfectly. The owner/manager was very attentive to ensure that the home met our expectations and that we were enjoying our stay. Great location and great home. Would highly recommend for those staying in this area. We will return!!!!!

Beautiful Home

This place was perfect in every way! Large, comfortable, well equipped kitchen (they even provided an air fryer), easy communication with owner, perfect location…..too many pluses to list! The putting green in the backyard was a hit with our 7 year old grandson (clubs and light up golf balls provided by owner! ). The owner thought of everything!

Best VRBO I've seen

This was a trip for my daughter's graduation from Burrell Medical School, so I was already in a great mood. However, this VRBO and its owner made things even better. I booked it months ago and hoped it lived up to the pictures. This home is in pristine condition, and the owner thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. The grill worked great to feed my family and a few friends from her church, knowing the restaurants were going to be crazy. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The putting green in the back was a hit. As seen in the pictures, two of the beds are pretty high off the ground, but my 80-year-old parents were able to make it work with the provided steps. I would happily stay in this home again, or another from the same owner. Very impressed! Thanks for letting us have a relaxing trip to celebrate a wonderful day!

Beautiful home, nice amenities

The 7 of us enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Octavio was delightful to work with and very responsive. The accommodations were new, comfortable, clean, and well-provisioned. We appreciated the coffee/snacks provided. Check-in/out was a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We used the BBQ and enjoyed the light-up mini-golf. It was nice to have board games and TVs in all the rooms. I would recommend the rental and stay here again. To no fault of the owners, there was a barking dog next door that was annoying at times. To note: the rental fee is for 4 guests with a daily charge for additional, we were given a refund for the nights we only had 4. Thank you!

Lovely home

We stayed three nights at this brand new home - so new that the grill, oven, and toaster each emitted a "new" smell when used, but it was not bothersome. The large dining table for eight and spacious living room seating seven were perfect when we were joined for meals and conversation by up to four local residents. We only utilized one bedroom, but the second bath was handy for our dinner guests. We did not use the outdoor space as the weather was a bit too cool. Nor did we utilize the washer and dryer for our short stay, but we did use the garage to store our car at night and to safely leave our car-top carrier while away from the home during the day. Everything worked very well, check-in and check-out were very easy. The house was conveniently supplied with foil, plastic wrap, napkins, and paper towels which we used. One missing item - there is a spice rack with 20 seasonings but no salt or pepper. Just an oversight, I'm sure!
