Golf, dining, shopping and local attractions near by. Open concept living, dinning and fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep. The Primary is on the first floor with it’s own ensuite. 2 BRs upstairs share a bath. The 2nd living room features a pullout queen and twin. This new home has high speed internet and Smart TVs. Covered Patio with seating and ample parking. Near 90/Robert Edge Parkway/31. There is an external security system. 25 yr age min. to rent. Enjoy your stay.

You are expected to leave our house as you found it. The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning laundry, vacuuming, etc. So if you move it put it back.
Quiet hrs 11 pm-9am. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOME. ILLEGAL ACTS: Include but not limited to drugs, underage drinking, unlawful behavior.
You and your guest are resemble for any damages or excessive cleaning cost. Check out at 11AM remove all your belongings and lock the doors.

Beautiful place!

Very nice place! Had everything we needed!!! Very clean and great communication!!!! Made us feel completely at home! Love the information booklet for activities! The owner really goes a long way to accommodate everyone! We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Excellent Townhouse

Really enjoyed this place. The property is brand new, very clean and well appointed. Everything was provided as described in listing. We did have 1 small issue that was immediately addressed and the communication with owner was excellent and appreciated. I would recommend staying here if you are coming in for baseball/softball tournaments as the main complex is less than 5 mins away. The beach and other local spots are right up the road as well. Will definitely look at staying here again in the future.

The communication with the owner was fantastic—responses were timely, professional, and every bit of information provided was accurate. The house itself is in a great, quiet location and was spotless upon arrival. Beds were made with clean linens, fresh towels were neatly placed in each room, and everything about the space felt welcoming and well cared for.I was there with a few friends for a golf trip, so we didn’t cook at the home, but the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a great meal. The house is an end unit, featuring a small covered patio that’s perfect for enjoying a morning coffee away from the noise.I’ve been to Myrtle Beach at least ten times, and this is by far the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. We’ll absolutely be back.
