Great home and location

Beautiful home and very close to the strip. Loved the outdoor space and the heated hot tub. Was able to see the fireworks from the strip on New Years Eve from the back yard. It was a fantastic vacation for our family.

Home from Home

Great home from home set up with everything you need. Easy to get on an enjoy Vegas / get work done while you're there. Master bed is super comfy, great wifi, pool is a joy in the mornings and has light all day until around 5.30 / 6pm.

This was a great place for our sales team....had everthing so we could cook our own meals, plus enjoy a pool and hotub. Close uber ride to the show. Safe residential area. Second time we have stayed there for a week at a time. 4 bdrms, + mini golf and pool table! Can't beat it for a week in Las Vegas!

Great Location at Pet Cemetery II

Because the man across the street has 7 cats AND the neighbor has 2 Big Furry cats, I call this Pet Cemetery II. Great house, but jacuzzi never heated up. We were willing to pay for pool/jacuzzi heat. Fonz was responsive. Great kitchen. Loved all the outdoor seating.

Reasonable house for our business trip

The house is in a decent neighborhood. House is showing some wear but overall a good base for our team working a convention. Had problems with code to access but owner fixed that within the hour. My room was thick with dust under bed and cabinets but other than that the team all reported comfortable beds. I would recommend this house to other companies working events in Vegas convention center, close enough (about 5 miles) to Uber in each day.

Our private oasis

We (family of 4 with 2 teenagers-1 boy, 1 girl) were in town for my daughter's dance convention at Resorts World. We don't like hotel living so we always stay in a house and rent a car. It's actually cheaper since we didn't have to go out for every single meal, pay for a Lyft for every ride, or even pay for a cabana if we want shade outside. It leaves more money for shopping, which my wife and daughter loved! The house is well appointed with plenty of space for our family, but it would also be very comfortable for 2 or 3 small families or 3 or 4 couples. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs (with separate thermostat), on the middle level there's a family room, dining room, and stocked kitchen (separate thermostat shared with lower level), and the LL has a living room (pool table), wet bar, full bathroom, laundry room (with commercial ice maker), and bedroom/office. Most of our time at the house was spent outside in the huge pool and hot tub (full control of heater, lighting and jets from the provided tablet). The covered patio provided the necessary shade, gas grill and plenty of seating to stay comfortable even in the middle of summer. There's also a big deck with pergola for more shade and seating. And the putting green and horse shoe pits are a neat touch for more outdoor activities. It's 5 minutes to go strait to the strip, 15 minutes to Fremont St, and 22 minutes to Red Rock Canyon. The house could use a deep cleaning, but it was clean and had no bugs/insects.

It's a NO from us

Host does not reply to emails or phone calls. Despite repeated queries from us and VRBO, host withheld door code until check-in window began (our 7th rental and the first time this has happened) convincing us reservation was NOT legit and causing us to waste first day of vacation looking for alternate lodging. Host finally called once check-in window opened. HE SHOULD HAVE WARNED US THAT WE’D NOT GET CODE UNTIL 4PM OR AFTER. This gave our large party great stress. Then door code worked once and never again. Called local support for help who didn’t respond until hours later. Flooring is FILTHY (wish I could attach our photos of carpeting). Interior doors are weirdly missing. Master bedroom sits on busy, noisy street. Feral cats fight all day and night. Spa cannot be heated above 85 thus making it useless on 40 degree winter nights. Must drive or Uber to all casinos. This is the first negative score we’ve given.

Excellent Place to Stay

When I write reviews on places I've stayed, the first question I always ask is "Would I stay there again?". In this case the answer is YES! My wife and three children agreed as well. The home was very clean and well maintained with a fully furnished dining area. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The home is conveniently located less than 8 minutes from the strip (depending on the time of day, only traffic and red lights will slow you down) and about 20 minutes from Red Rock Canyon. It was also easy to drive to the Grand Canyon, Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam while we were there. Alfonse (the owner) is very responsive via text or phone and is genuinely concerned in ensuring that your stay is a pleasant one. Thanks Alfonse! As an example, our clothes needed ironing and since the house didn't have an iron, Alfonse had his cleaning person bring over an iron and board within a short period of time. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully furnished. Since it was winter we didn't use the pool area but you could see some New Years eve Strip fireworks in the sky from the back yard. Some considerations to keep in mind: if you rent a car you'll have to park in the driveway as the Alfonse uses the garage for storage and since the home backs up to a very busy road, you will get the usual traffic noises day and night. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Vegas, this should be at the top of your list! I know when we come back to Vegas we'll be staying here again.

The home is lovely, clean, and in a great location. The pool and hot tub were lovely!

Great property for our group of 6 staying six nights. It is a lovely home in all aspects. I read some of the reviews left by others and have to say that they seem exaggerated. Their are cats on the block, but they are harmless and quiet. Only saw one or two in the backyard, every nowband then. There is a main road with heavy traffic at times on the other side of the fence, but it wasn't too bothersome. Some sirens now and then from first responders and a few motorcycle fools with louder bikes, and last but not least, fancy cars with a lead foot. None of these issues warrant us yo not stay here again. Location was perfect for our needs. We will absolutely stay here again the next time our group travels for Nationals. Alfonso is a great host with excellent communication and fast response times via text.

Great Stay

The pictures online of this property do not do it justice. The place was better than expected. property was beautiful, clean, nice location, and overall super relaxing. This is a must stay while in Vegas.. We had tons of plans but once you get there, you dont want to leave.

Great house, Great host

Great stay at Fonz’s homely house. He’s a great host - didn’t get to meet but all communication was really helpful and friendly. Pool is large and deep and was great when we hit the cleaner working! All facilities you need for an easy stay and 10- 15 mins to most places on the main strip. Easy u er pick ups. Lots of towels and pool toys and he rally really well set up for a relaxing stay. Shall be. Back!

Husbands bday week celebration

I couldn’t wait to get the exit review to brag about our stay the pictures really don’t do the place Justice after driving 6 hours to Vegas to celebrate we get in I realized I never sent back the rental contract after the stay was paid it was late night when we got in but after searching for Alfonso the host number he was so understanding and didn’t push the issue he just unlocked the door and gave us the code with no issue at all and he was so attentive to us the whole time and even allowed us to bend the rules a little so that we can enjoy ourselves late night so for that I really appreciated him THANK U ALFONSO AND WE WILL CERTAINLY BE COMING BACK SOON 👌🏾👌🏾

Good time pool house

Fonz was very accommodating, gave us an early check in when the airline moved our flights way forward. Lots of things to do at the house and plenty of space for 7 of us. The home is "lived in" but still very livable. Other reviews mentioned cats around the property, don't worry they want nothing to do with you. Also read about pigeons but they weren't an isssue either. The road is noisy but we knew that going in. We had a problem with the heater on the pool and spa but Fonz had the heater switched out at his first opportunity, thank you for that, it couldn't have been easy or cheap with supply chain the way it is right now. Enjoyed our stay, thanks again Fonz.

Great location, great pool!

The pool and patio area is amazing and we had a great time every night playing billiards. The location was perfect for us. Fonz was super easy to work with, and was great about letting us check in a bit early. 4-star rating is just a reflection of some comforts, the king bed was great, but the other 2 could be a bit more comfortable. We are use to dark bedrooms in the morning, but these rooms are pretty bright in the morning. Few areas could’ve cleaned a bit more. We would definitely stay again if we make it back to Vegas.

Not what we expected

The property was dirty and dusty. Blinds were filthy. The window ledge in shower upstairs bath covered in black grime. The carpets are filthy. Linens on bed were and stained. Communication prior to arrival was frustrating. Shower upstairs didn’t drain. Neighbors dogs barked very early every morning. Low battery on a sensor kept beeping the entire stay. Smoke detector upstairs was faulty and triggered from shower steam. Cats everywhere and backyard covered in pigeons.

Perfect house for our needs and responsive host

We stayed 10 days and couldn’t have been happier. Host was responsive to one small issue and it was fixed quickly, would stay again.

This house is located in the area of town where I grew up. The ranch where my mother was raised encompassed this entire neighborhood before it was developed. I used to catch lizards where this house is now. The location is superior for convenient access to the Las Vegas strip and I-15.

I fell in love with the location of this home as well as the huge pool and spa. The interior has been completely remodeled. The wide open, spacious floor plan uniquely lends itself to comfort as well as entertainment.
