Welcome to your charming beach retreat on Pensacola Beach! This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home, located just one street back from the Gulf, invites you to experience seaside living at its finest. With a pet-friendly atmosphere and accommodations for up to 8 guests, this beach home offers a perfect blend of comfort and coastal allure.

NEW HEATED POOL!! Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? Contact a Vacation Specialist to add this to your reservation when booking! Only $75 a day! (Pool heating is available between Oct 1st - April 30th only.)

As you step into the heart of the home, discover a well-appointed kitchen featuring an island with four barstools, an ideal spot to gather and plan your beach adventures. The high-end gas stove adds a touch of luxury for those who enjoy cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious dining area beckons with a large table and six chairs, providing a perfect setting for family meals and game nights.

After a long day at the beach, unwind in the living room on the large sectional sofa or sink into the comfortable chairs. Enjoy the coastal vibes as you watch your favorite shows on the generous flat-screen TV. Throughout the home, sliding barn doors add a rustic elegance, enhancing the beach cottage charm.

When it's time to retire for the night, retreat to the bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished. The master bedroom boasts a King bed with an en suite bathroom and stand-alone shower – a relaxing space after a day in the Florida sun. Two additional bedrooms feature King beds, while the fourth bedroom offers a Twin murphy bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Wonderful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy and quick...the house was wonderful, clean and updated lovely. Plenty of beds and clean towels. Our whole family enjoyed their stay. The house was well equipped and move in ready. Location to beach was great. Two small things...needs a wall clock and an awning or cover over back porch. Deck becomes very hot...difficult to walk on bare feet. Planning on another stay next year at same location....maybe a pool will be there or some grass in backyard ...making it more family friendly. Only option was inside or the beach...on a longer vacation other things to do without having to go into town would be nice. Overall a great house. Very pleased with managing company too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to the home and were happy with the cleanliness and updated features of the house. The location was great, just down the street from the beach. Not a long walk at all. The one thing I will say that was not great was that the back deck seems to be older. The railing on the back stairs fell off while one of my family members were walking down. It did not seem to even be secured and the poles were falling out before the incidence happened. Overall we had a great time and the beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. Perfect.
