Spring Break

The Place was small but cozy. In a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street and just a few miles from Siesta Key Beach. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

This was my first time staying in a non-hotel property, and it was awesome. Nice quiet neighborhood, beautiful foliage and fauna, bustling with wildlife (squirrels and rabbits). Sarasota was an amazing city and this is the perfect location. Ten minutes drive to everything. The worst part was having to leave. I can’t wait to visit again.

Worth the money!

Most importantly it was clean, safe and quiet. It met all my criteria and then some. (And im pretty high maintenance.) Nice walks through the neighborhood and lots to do in Sarasota. By all means, look no further for the perfect place!

Quiet Shady Nook

The apartment was exactly as advertised and was very comfortable. The design of the unit was well thought out and nicely decorated in neutral colors. We had everything we needed including a very nice screened patio which had a shaded garden to look at with butterflies and birds to watch. The beaches are 20 min drive away and are outstanding. For nature lovers I recommend Turtle Beach which is more natural and also has a sandy patch to walk along the shore. We saw Gopher turtle and dolphins . The area we stayed in was residental a few blocks from Hyway 41. Isabella was very helpful in getting our Netflix and Roku set up.

Lovely

I had a lovely stay here. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very quick to respond to my questions. The studio was very clean and had everything I needed in the kitchen to cook for myself. My only suggestion is to have a better TV set up because it was very complicated to figure out how it works, and that there is only streaming available and not live TV. Other than that, I recommend this to anyone traveling solo.

Quaint quiet place close to Siesta Key Beach

My daughter was moving to Sarasota so we rented this cute little place for her to stay until she found an apartment. It was very clean and a safe quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend!!

Enjoyed My Stay Very Much

I spent the month of March 2017 at this nice little place. It was very clean and the perfect size for my needs. Also made friends with the cute little black cat next-door who kept me company in the evenings when I would read on the screened in porch. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Florida for an extended period of time. Everything was positive about this place and I had No complaints whatsoever.

Small, Cute and Cozy but uncomfortable sleeping

This is actually a cute little apartment for a single person. The location is great, close to lots of shopping and an easy 12-15 minute drive to Siesta Beach. The problem is the sleeping arrangements. First there is barely room for that queen size bed, leaving almost no room to get out of bed unless you crawl down to the foot of the bed. Second, there is no box spring in the frame, just the mattress. So the bed is very low to the ground. Third, the mattress is very, very soft. So I guess if you like sleeping on a very soft mattress that is basically sitting on the floor, you're good to go. If you are a little older and the bones sometimes object, this makes for bad nights of sleep and difficulties getting out of bed. There were some issues with cleaning up after the last renter as well. The refrigerator and toaster oven had food spills that had not been cleaned up. All of the dishes and service wear had to wash because of dried food and drink on the outside of cups and underside of dishes. Dead ants in the cupboards, so that needed to be wiped out as well. Bathroom is great and it was clean! The screened lanai is also a very nice addition to the property.
