55+ Senior Living like no other! Free 18 hole executive golf course. Dozens of other activities and clubs. Remodeled 2br/2bth/2 car garage. Well equipped kitchen. All new furniture in 2022. Overlooking the pool/spa and club house and just 50 feet from the first tee. A few easy miles to the ocean. Owner is a real estate broker in the community.

Walk right out your back door to clubhouse or pool. You're 50 yards from the first tee.
Guest access
You can walk or bicycle throughout the 375 acres.

The guest signing the contract must be 55+ and provide proof prior to signing the contract. Legal spouses/partners under 55 are acceptable. Non-spouses (children, grand children) under 55 are welcome to stay for a short period as long as there are never more than four total people sleeping in the home.
