Cozy 1 bed room 1 bed bathroom 2 blocks from Downtown Cape Coral

Our newly renovated Room is located in the back of our home overlooking our beautiful garden. We’re only a 5-10 min walk away from downtown and a 2 min drive. You have access to our patio table and lounge chairs along with our grill all in your own space. Inside of your room you have a a kitchenette and everything else you would need for your comfortability. There are many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Our favorite breakfast spot is across the street called “Bread Pete” a german based bakery with many breakfast and lunch options. There is also a coffee shop next door and across the street as well. You have your own parking spot to the right hand side of our driveway and along the side you will then find the path to your room . Last but not least no parties or loud music but other than that we hope u enjoy ur stay.

Host provided timely check-in instructions. We exchanged several communications which were answered promptly. We were fortunate to meet the host and were warmly greeted. We were encouraged to make contact with any need. Room was clean. A vast supply of coffee/tea fixin’s were available. A stock of toiletries were in the bathroom, in case something was forgotten. Slept well and comfortable in the bed. Plenty if parking space for our van. We do recommend a stay, as there are many shops and bars/eateries within .5-.8 miles.

First off we drove in and it looked like a car repair shop, we looked past that and walked around to the back where the entrance was and went in , and within 5 minutes we had to leave as there was an odor that set off an asthma attack, so we left and found a hotel to stay in instead. We would not recommend this place until they get the odor issue taken care of.

My stay.

It was a small room, but that’s OK. It was heavily scented with some kind of fragrance. The smell was not good. The bed was an old memory foam mattress and I felt like I was going to roll off of the bed all night. There was no thermostat to control the temperature in the room. This made it somewhat uncomfortable. I did not stay for the second night that I paid for, I decided I would drive home instead so that I could sleep.
