Hope Street Hideaway is a 2 floor up down apartment located on a duplex that is charming and historically located on the parade route in the beautiful town of Bristol, RI. This cozy rental can accommodate up to 5 guests and has been totally renovated.
Guests can enjoy time indoors hosting in the dining room, living room or outside. This rental has been beautifully updated while still maintaining its historical charm. The Hope Hideaway is a short walk to downtown Bristol, minutes from Roger Williams University, Linden Place, Mount Hope Farm and Blithewold Mansion and Gardens making it the perfect place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated home, perfectly located just a short walk from downtown Bristol. The property was spotless, comfortable, and provided all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Marie was a fantastic host—very accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway in Bristol.

An absollute gem, and the place we return to when visiting Rhode Island. It is close to the bike path, Colt State park, the water, and the charming downtown. We took the bikes out several times to enjoy the town. It is conveniently located so you can access the freeway easily. The host is always helpful and available whenever you have a need. 🥰

Great spot close to Newport

We truly enjoyed staying at this VRBO. Very quiet area but walking distance to nature paths and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Check in process was easy. Host communicated clearly how to enter the rental.Property was part of a 1910 home that had been renovated. Great job on the renovation. Everything looked good and there were lots of little nice touches throughout. Only a mile or so from the heart of Bristol, and a nice walk a tthat.

We loved staying at the Hope Hideaway! The location is perfectly central to everything we wanted to do. Being close to downtown, the East Bay bike path, and the water made this an exceptional place to stay. The home was well stocked with amenities, and found everything we were looking for in the kitchen and bathrooms. Marie was a very responsive host. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! The rental was bright and spacious and everything you could want in a home away from home! 🥰

Meticulous little gem!

This little coastal home is perfect: a gorgeous little coastal town with delicious restaurants, cute shops, beautiful views, and incredible old homes. The house is spotlessly clean and beautifully updated and decorated. Anything you could need for your trip is here. The host is very quickly responsive. Super easy process for checking in and out. We enjoyed our stay here for sure!

Lovely home in beautiful neighborhood

Very clean and nicely set up house. My partner and I were in town for a friend’s wedding and had a great time staying here. Great amenities and amazing shower and tub! Everything was very clean and easy to use. The host provided us with nearby options for food which was extremely helpful. My only note would be to be careful on the steps when coming downstairs to the first floor - I slipped a few times.

Perfect for our trip

Great rental. Well appointed and very clean. Good communication. I appreciated the convenience features such as sewing kit, bandaids, mouthwash, qtips etc as I ended up needing quite a few. The book of local info and restaurant menus was also very useful. I also was pleasantly surprised by the welcome Bottle of wine. Nice touch!

I wish that I could give this home greater than 5 stars!! The location was perfect for our daughter's wedding in Portsmouth and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops in Bristol. There was enough parking for the four of us which can be an issue in downtown Bristol. It was obvious that the home was recently renovated and every detail was thought of to make us feel right at home. Communication with Marie was excellent. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Marie for sharing your home with us!

Clean, nicely appointed home, and a great location. While it comfortably sleeps 5, the pull out sofa for 2/5 isn’t very comfortable, as sofa beds typically aren’t.

Marie was a very friendly and responsive host. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. The 2nd bedroom is small but appropriate if you're not a large adult. We loved sitting outside on the back patio. Convenient location for visits to Providence, Newport and surrounding areas. Historic Bristol is only a 15 minute walk away. The kitchen is one of the most well stocked that we've been to, including basic condiments (oil, salt, vinegar, spices) for cooking. There are coffee pods and grounds and 3 different types of coffeemakers. She even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
