Enjoy this unique waterfront property at a small marina in Portsmouth, RI. Conveniently located between Providence (30 minutes) and Newport (30 minutes). Only a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bars and directly across the street from a public beach.
Ask about a transient boat slip availability if you prefer to arrive by water!
The space
This recently renovated apartment features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room and a full kitchen area as well as Wi-Fi, Keurig, free parking, fresh linens and towels.
Guest access
Guests will have access to two parking spaces which are located directly in front of the apartment, you will see a sign reading "Reserved Parking for Unit 1.”
You will also have access to the fire pit and Adirondack chairs which are located near the docks.
(If the fire pit or chairs have been removed for a storm, but you would like to use them please let us know and we will be happy to set it up for you.)
Other things to note
To access the bathroom you must be able to climb 2 steps.

The main entrance is a hurricane sliding glass door, it can be heavy to open and close

While there is no central A/C, there is a window air conditioning unit, located in the living room, that cools the whole apartment.

One of the bedrooms has an emergency exit door that can be locked from inside the bedroom. The rest of the first floor is a marina office and a work area. The work area is used minimally when there are guests staying in the rental and shouldn’t be disruptive at all.
