Great stay!

Everything was as listed. Caroline was prompt in her communications. Location to beach-stores-restaurants was wonderful. We would love to come again next year!!

Christmas in Marco

The location was great. Across the street from the beach, not a far walk. The beds were amazing! Full functioning kitchen. Communication with owner was great. Two little things that bothered me was the front door to get into the condo .. that needs to be fixed. Also, I suggest having extra toilet paper and paper towels.

Great property and location

We spent 4 fantastic nights at this property. The condo is spacious and well appointed. You can walk to two beach access points in about 10 minutes. There are also several restaurants within a 10 minute walk. When we return to Marco Island we will be staying here again.

Extended Vacay

Our family has stayed here a couple of times and always so pleased with all the accommodations! We've extended our vacation by staying at this lovely condo. It is well supplied with everything you need and a short walk to the beach. Love the balcony, too!

2024 Marco stay

Had a great few days at Marco island. The condo was a short walk to the beach. The condo was very well equipped & clean, beds we comfortable and well supplied kitchen. We’d definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! It is walking distance to the beach and has a cart with beach gear ready to go, had a pool and hot tub on the property, and was very clean and nicely renovated. The host was also so helpful and communicative. Overall, our whole family loved this condo and we will definitely be back!

Girls trip

Every was just as stated. Great location. Beach chairs and a cooler were just what we needed to enjoy our time on the beach. Restaurants in walking distance. Loved this place. We definitely go here again.

Girls getaway

Nice clean condo with pool and easy <1/2 mile walk to beach. Had amazing sunsets. Very quiet building. Was nice having 2 bed/2 bath and full kitchen for cooking. We used the outdoor grill which also has a big patio and fire pit. Loved sitting on outdoor patio for meals. There are some very old beach chairs and beach equipment but recommend checking it first. There are umbrella&chair rentals at beach or for purchase at store a block away. The ‘starter’ kit for toiletries was not enough to last 2 days so be prepared to buy/bring garbage bags, TP, dishwasher soap.

Wonderful condo

Wonderful stay. Condo is the best equipped condo we have ever stayed in. Owner has provided virtually anything you could ask for. Clean, good layout, exceptionally quiet. A short stroll to the beach. Owner communicated quickly and answered all our questions. Would definitely stay again.

Sunshine Paradise

The photos of the property are pretty accurate, although you can't see all the little details. For example the layout of the master bath is awkward and there isn't anywhere to hang towels, robes, etc in the shower area. Some features of the stove (clock) did not work, screen door was broken but these are just minor issues. The owner was responsive if there was an issue, but it would have been nice to have some written instructions as to operating appliances, handling linens on departure, etc. There are plenty of restaurants/shops either within walking distance or a short drive. The beach is located across the street, but you cannot access it from there so you have to walk a bit, but it's not too far away. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We decided to buy this apartment because we felt in love with the beautiful island, gorgeous beaches, breathtaking sunsets, white sands, and a neat town that provides everything for you: restaurants/churches/recreation parks/golf/hospitals/supermarkets/marina and etc.! All you can ask in a town, plus amazing scenery. A place to relax and enjoy!

Spacious and beautiful! Apartment with a large balcony that can make breakfast/lunch or dinners even more enjoyable! Open concept kitchen that invites everyone to participate in everything, whether cooking, or having a glass of wine or having tea! 2 rooms and 2 full bathrooms! A place for everyone! If you have kids, we have Blueray/DVD Player, 3 LCD TVs convenient located in each bedroom and living room with HD channels to entertain!
