Nice comfortable place. Nothing fancy but function.

A small group met there to ride Copper & it worked out well. A group of six adults (no couples)so one guy slept on the couch, but all good!

Rocky Mountain resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought the lodge was very nice for a family trip. There was a lot of room. The kitchen was well equipped. Having a washer and dryer available was nice. The only negative was the stairs and it being a loft, so not as private as a room.

arrived and on the first night we found a rat in the house upon looking for we found the house of the mouse it was located in the couch also the hot tub was not in use we paid for a couch that wasn't covered in rat piss and a hot tub to use but ended up with neither can provide pictures of proof if needed please reach out

Spacious and Cozy Townhome

My friends and I rented this property while visiting for a hockey tournament in Silverthorne. This property was even bigger than we were expected. I loved that the kitchen and living room area was down stairs and the bedrooms were upstairs. This allowed people to go to bed at different times and not be disturbed by the people still awake. The fire place was an amazing addition as well as the laundry in unit! Parking was also extremely convenient and easy. I highly recommend this property rental!

Unit itself was fine. Well stocked and clean. Hot tubs in "G" building need serious work and facility itself needs repairs. Snow removal at the units (stairs and entrance to "J" building) was unsatisfactory.

The kitchen was super well equipped and the place overall was bigger than we expected.

The light outside the master bedroom made it hard to sleep. There was dirty linen on the bed. The couch and master bed could use an update as they’re both pretty saggy. However, we had everything we needed and the location was nice. A humidifier would have been a great addition. Also, we were not aware that only one bundle of firewood is included. Had we known we would have brought some of our own. Once you’re up there for the night you don’t really want to drive back down into town. Matt and Josh at the office were super helpful. I’d probably stay there again.

Before making this review I read the other reviews and was shocked at all the issues people were having. I typically look at reviews before booking, but did not this time and I am glad I didn't. The place was super clean, easy to access, and had all the items we could want. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and answered all of my questions. We will definitely be booking in the future! The only reason I gave the property location 4 stars was because of all the steps to get to the door. Those steps are hard when you are not used to the thin air. We stayed at Buffalo Ridge.

Great layout!

We arrived Tuesday morning and had a short wait for the condo to be clean and ready. The management company provided good communication. It was a 3 level floor plan that suited our group. We had 2 couples and 3 singles. Beds were fine and we had plenty of linens and blankets. Closets and dresser drawers were more than adequate. It was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils we needed to feed 7 people for 5 days. We picked up laundry pods and dishwasher pods and a lighter for the fireplace when we got to town. Fire starter was provided. We went grocery shopping 2 miles away (REI is next door to the market) and then spent the rest of our time skiing some of the greatest resorts in CO! We were 20 minutes from Keystone, 35 minutes from A-Basin and 45 minutes from Vail. We skied at all of them. You can see the lights of Keystone from the living room windows. Every night we walked to the building next door and used the indoor hot tubs. It was very convenient. We bought a couple of packs of wood from the grocery store and used the fireplace each night, very cozy! I went 2.5 miles to Silverthorne one day and used the community rec center for $12/day (pass card is available for a discount) and swam laps. It had a fantastic water/pool area for adults and kids, a weight room including free weights and circuit machines, a track, cardio equipment, spin room, classes, yoga, steam room, sauna, etc. We regularly do hot yoga in town (Silverthorne or Frisco) in the early mornings before skiing. The wifi worked without issues on all floors, the appliances worked well (we went home with washed clothes), we played card games/catch phrase around the table and thoroughly enjoyed our trip together. We would stay here again. There are plenty of mountain bike rides and hikes we do in the summer. This is a great vacation spot!

Clubhouse closed, neighbors rowdy until 4 am

While the condo was the correct size for my family and parents, our special weekend was a complete bust. I had specifically chosen Buffalo Ridge as it had access to hot tubs and a pool. I have four boys and they love to swim. After a morning of cross country skiing, everyone was looking forward to watching the boys swim and play while we adults hung out in the hot tubs. Unfortunately, no one had let us know that the clubhouse was closed during this time due to scheduled maintenance. SCHEDULED. I felt as though I had been been hit with a bait and switch. Then the neighbors came in at 1:43 - loud, swearing (heard them swearing several times, particularly from a loud obnoxious drunk young female whose voice really carried.) They were yelling to one another, jumping up and down the landings of their stairs, played music and then it would quiet down, we would think it was over and then, bam! In more would come or they returned from somewhere and it would start up all over again. One male had a voice that when he spoke would come through the walls and he was up talking with someone (one the phone? someone with a quiet voice?) until 4 am. They had music playing. But it would then mostly quiet down, only to have another group come over or return and it would be loud again. They were so rude and obnoxious. Because there were so many of them, I was frankly not interested in little me confronting them and I certainly wasn't going to send over my 75 year old parents. But it was the worst family weekend we have ever spent and I am furious it cost me so much. My boys were so upset about the pool (they had gotten new water toys for Christmas JUST for this weekend) and really ticked that an obviously large group of people were staying next door and partying it up. I will never stay here again and really would like our money back. If I had known that kids on college break like to stay here, ruining our quiet time, I never would have booked it. And even though they advertise a pool and hot tubs, they won't be available for certain. Otherwise our condo was complete with comfortable beds, it was CLEAN and it was well equipped.

Enjoyed our stay

This condo was perfect for our group of 40 something guys. Nice quality but not so fancy to have to overly worry about making a mess or damaging anything by mistake. Nice that there are 2 hot tubs in the building next door.

Beautifull condo and convenient location to shops and skiing.

Plenty of cookware but could use more large glasses and butter knives. There may be a structural problem with the first floor as you can feel the floor move when people are walking around when seated on the first floor toilet.

Comfortable beds & sofa, good kitchen, 2-1/2 bathrooms. Wi-Fi was weak, mostly only worked in the family room. No views since unit is partially below grade level, long slippery walk to the hot tub & rec center.

My family stayed here just one night but it was very nice. Very spacious. Down side was having to go down full sets of stairs to get to it, especially in the snow. We are very able-bodied and managed but could be a big problem for someone.

Nice Condo, great value and everything we wanted

It's a nice condo and value, well stocked with everything we wanted and needed. The condo was just right for adults and kids for sleeping and showers. We cooked breakfast and dinner and had everything we needed and plenty of space to enjoy and socialize. There appeared to be a path from the back of the condo to the clubhouse, but it was not cleared of snow, so we drove around to the clubhouse. Very pleased and would enjoy another stay in the future.

Relaxing and Peaceful Setting

The property was kept clean and well stocked. During our stay, the garbage disposal broke and maintenance was there within hours to fix it. While relaxing in the spacious living room, we observed several moose that would come right up to the property. Between the trees you have a nice view of the mountains and valley. We took our family Christmas card picture there. Would love to stay again.
