Twelve foot ceilings, massive windows on three sides. Open kitchen, living and dining areas. 65-inch TV, Nice views of Downtown. Has elevator access. Centrally located, walkable to MCV/VCU Health campuses, Richmond Convention Center, The National, Dominion Energy Center/Theaters, and numerous great restaurants. Close to park systems as well. One designated off-street parking space is included. Additional free street parking is available. Utilities and fast wifi included. Housekeeping is provided at no additional charge!

Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit was just lovely and professionally decorated. It’s an historic building and extremely convenient to downtown.

Nice place

The apartment was well stocked and very clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend this to others who are looking for a nice place to stay in the Richmond area.

Dance weekend

Location, location, location! Competition dance season has commenced and we were a stones throw to the convention center. Greeted with fresh cookies & attention to the small details were immediately evident. Why have family stay cooped up in a shared hotel room when you can stay in luxury with your own bedroom (space) with the amenities of home?! We will definitely rent again with the next Richmond dance competition. Host was extremely responsive.

Outstanding!

This is perhaps one of the BEST VRBO properties we have stayed in! We were in town for our daughter’s performance at the Convention Center and you couldn’t get a better location. Everything was walkable and the apartment itself was incredible. The owners have thought of “all the things.” From creamer in the fridge to individual toothbrushes and robes, to the fresh baked local cookies that were waiting for us, their attention to detail really allowed us to relax and have what we needed to enjoy our stay. We have already talked about us using this as our go-to place when visiting RVA. Highly, highly recommend!!
