Built in 1910 with exposed brick and historic charm, this apartment is outfitted by local interior design firm and has been remodeled with beautiful touches and modern kitchen and bathroom amenities. includes 1 queen bed, leather sofa, an in-unit washer and dryer, deck, gas range, dishwasher, ceiling fans, original art, security system and off-street parking. In town to visit younger sister who’s a student at VCU - location was walkable which was nice! Bed was very comfortable. Make sure to pay attention to message from host on access and parking - not hard but pictures really helped clarify. Small details like the shower knob cover was missing so we could see in inner plumbing. Nothing that’s going to prevent you from enjoying your stay. Just notes to mention!

This was an amazing property. The decor and overall design of the appliance was so unique and pleasing that I was ready to move in permanently. Great location directly across from the Convention Center. Would be perfect if attending a conference or Con. Within walking distance to great bars and restaurants and right next to a wonderful tea shop. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The accommodation was very nice - good location. It was nice having a parking space! It is narrow, just be aware of that. Nicely appointed. The bed is comfortable. A/C worked well in the 100 heat.

Moulin Rouge

Visited Richmond to catch the Moulin Rouge at the Altria Theatre. The apartment was perfect and close to many attractions in Richmond. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful historic apartment

We were in town to help our son move to Richmond! We needed to find a place to stay at the last minute and this place was available! It is well-appointed, beautifully decorated and well-curated! The location is across from the convention center and there really is not much else around. Good to note that it is a well-traveled main road and alot of street noise (there is a sleep machine available for use, but it wasn’t loud enough for us so we used our phone!)

Right in downtown

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice apartment. It has its own entrance and it felt very private. Location is walking distance to Capitol and train station with very nice architecture in downtown of Richmond. Apartment is nicely decorated and set up , and had everything we needed : fridge, a/c and toiletries. Thank you
