Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The property was very dirty upon our arrival, with dirty floors, toilets, showers and bathroom vanities, the vent needed changed and obviously cleaned. The location of the vent was in the ceiling of the kitchen which was just gross. Additionally, the refrigerator did not work at all during our stay. We ended up having to put our groceries in the garage refrigerator. The host tried working with us by having the maintenance come and the cleaners come during our stay. We were on vacation it should have been taken care of when we got there. They did refund us our cleaning fee. With the refrigerator not working we should have been refunded more money off. We won't be staying there next year!!

Fantastic Sunriver Home!

We shared this home with another family of four and had the best time! It is immaculately clean, has very spacious rooms with comfortable beds, the coolest bunk room and an awesome sauna. Highly recommend this property to anyone. It's one of the best homes we've ever rented in Sunriver.

This is a great house! Arrangement of rooms and common space worked well. Kitchen is well-appointed, house was clean. Great covered patio, which helped as we had two thunderstorms while there. Close to the north store. A little bit of a ride to the village (about 3 miles), so if you have little kids, something to be aware of. Overall, a wonderful getaway!

The property was very clean and looked just like the photos. Very spacious and perfect for our family of 5, with some beds to spare. The house had plenty of amenities, including a BBQ on the deck. The Sauna was great as well. The location was a bit further from the Village and SHARC than first anticipated, but was only about a 5 minute drive. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely reccomend to anyone, and would book again in the future.

Loved this house

Had an amazing 3 weeks at 4 Mugho! Great neighborhood. Close to everything. Backs up to a bike path, but still very private. North Store is very close. The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We cooked and bbq'd almost every meal. Updated kitchen and baths-very light and bright. Beds were comfy. Arrived was very responsive to the few things we needed. We will definitely be back again.

The photos looked amazing. But….. there was some issues. The couch is old, saggy and dirty. Rugs need cleaning. Return air vent in kitchen was filthy. The sliding glass doors were impossible to open and close easily. The doors took 2 people to open and close. My grandsons couldn’t do it at all. Kitchen is well stocked, but there’s only one very small cupboard to put whatever we brought with us. Most of it ended up on the counter which limited cooking and prep space. The coffee maker doesn’t work the greatest we even tried cleaning it. I tried using the vacuum a couple of times, but the hose was so clogged. It wouldn’t pick up anything.

This house backs up to the bike path, though it sits far enough from it that passing riders never feel like they are right on top of you -- a nice balance of access and privacy. SHARC and the Village are a bike ride away, but the distance and some gradual elevation climbs along the route make it a stretch for smaller kids. The North Market is conveniently close. The quiet cul-de-sac setting made for a very peaceful stay. The house is clean overall, and the bathrooms and kitchen were both in good shape. Because the property is surrounded by dirt and natural vegetation, some dust simply comes with the territory. The rugs could use a good shampooing, though that is more of a periodic maintenance item than a reflection of how the house is kept between guests. The beds and pillows were genuinely comfortable, and the bunk room is a real highlight -- kids will love it. The garage comes stocked with three bikes and a ping pong table, which added a lot of fun to our stay. Supplies were well handled; we had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and the basics throughout our visit. There is a drip coffee maker and they even provide a bag of coffee to get you started.A couple of small things worth mentioning: the kitchen knives are quite dull, and a pizza cutter would be a welcome addition. Those are minor gripes in an otherwise well-equipped kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again.
