Welcome to Residence 111 in The Grand at Diamond Beach
Location: Diamond Beach
Sleeps up to 8 Guests | 3 Bedrooms | 2.5 Bathrooms

Master: 1 King Bed
Second Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
Third Bedroom: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa
Living Area: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa and 1 Twin Sleeper Loveseat

Things to Remember:

Please note: The central air conditioning system is scheduled to be replaced during the off-season. In the meantime, the property is equipped with 3 portable A/C units for guest comfort.

Parking: There are two reserved parking spaces labeled 161 and 162.

Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the residence prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters & pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen service onto your reservation for an additional price. If adding one of our linen services, then the linens & towels will be prepared prior to your arrival.

Comfort & Convenience: Enjoy beautiful ocean views, a spacious wraparound veranda, Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, granite countertops, marble bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and Wi-Fi, all with convenient access to The Grand's pool and grill deck. You will also have access to the private beach, beachfront infinity pool, children's pool, hot tub/spa, fitness center, sauna, game room, BBQ area, and seasonal Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service. Enjoy the perfect combination of oceanfront comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities throughout your stay.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all residences are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.

The Grand at Diamond Beach is absolute bliss! This property is unsurpassed luxury on the Jersey Shore! We will come back year after year! The people are super friendly...especially Cathy...she made our pool days fantastic! Thank you for another wonderful week! Ricky and his intern are just wonderful. Super easy and amiable, and consummate professionals. I can tell Ricky is very passionate about what he does and is very motivated to make guests feel special. He works very hard to find the right property for each families needs.

Really like the owners of this unit! Very responsive and accommodating! I feel like they really care about the people that rent from them! We will always use this unit! This is our third year renting with Ricky and the Keller Williams team. They are so professional and quick to react to all communications throughout the whole process. Check in/out was a breeze! During our stay we received multiple texts checking in to see how things were going. We felt very well taken care of!
