If you’re looking for an affordable Duck vacation home, this three-story classic beach retreat is the perfect choice! Located approximately 100 feet from the ocean and 1200 feet from the sound. There is a community boarded walkway perfect for viewing sunsets, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds while staying in this home.
The open porch is a great place to relax and watch the kids play after a long day at the beach or enjoy your evening on the screen porch. This home is located in the popular Duck community of Wild Duck Dunes and is a close drive to either the village of Duck or the northern beaches of Corolla.
114 is non-pet friendly.

Ground Level: Laundry/utility room.
Lower Level: Full bedroom with flat screen TV, (vanity sink and mirror in bedroom), full bedroom (vanity sink and mirror in bedroom) both bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath.
Mid Level: Queen bedroom (vanity sink and mirror in bedroom), queen bedroom (vanity sink and mirror in bedroom) both bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath.
Top Level: Living area with flat screen TV, sliding door to screen porch and oceanside deck, dining area for eight, kitchen.
