If that is not enough walk 0.3 mile to private Beach Access! Convenient to Corolla/Carova, Duck, & surrounding towns!

Sound facing office with wireless printer and all the conveniences of a home office to make it easy for you to work/study at your home away from home! Smart TVs in all three bedrooms with streaming channels. Games for family and friends to enjoy indoors! One GB mesh network for top speed WIFI service. BONUS - gas fireplace in the living room!

Great house and location. Really enjoyed having the pool and the hot tub available. The key pad to get in was a little tricky but the owner sent someone out right away to get that fixed and it perfect after that.

Perfect beach cottage on the water to fit us and another couple. Kitchen was very well stocked with any and every gadget needed! Outdoor area is perfect, pool, ping pong table, corn hole boards, hot tub, pier, kayaks, outdoor shower, and extra bathroom (which was a nice surprise)! Owner communicated well and was super easy to get in touch with, although nothing extra was needed.

Hidden Gem with all the amenities. If you are looking for a well-appointed, comfortable and beautiful place to stay around Duck, look no further. The house was phenomenal. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive. And then there are the sunsets. They were breathtaking. So peaceful and beautiful. I had never stayed on the sound side, but this stay completely changed my mind. We will certainly be back!

I studied Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise with an emphasis in Exercise & Health Promotion at Virginia Tech & put that knowledge to work on a daily basis as a Pilates Instructor at the only classical Pilates Studio in the OBX, The Presidio of Pilates! In addition to my education, my love for business & entrepreneurial spirit led me to Hosting! I CoHost multiple spaces in locations throughout the United States and as a Professional Referrer of hosting I take great joy in teaching folks how to start their own business hosting by themselves or with assistance.
