Welcome to High Cotton, located in the prestigious gated beachfront community of ShipWatch. Enjoy private beach access just steps from the home! This brand new luxury home sleeps 22 with 4 King Suites, 2 Double Queen Suites, and a Bunk Room, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite baths. Take a dip in the private HEATED pool or relax in the spacious great room. Conveniently located in the heart of Miramar Beach, you are minutes from Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive from dozens of great restaurants and shops. High Cotton has everything you need in your vacation home at the beach!
