Everything was wonderful!

We had a blast! The place was perfect for 5 people. Spacious, clean, and had every amenity we could possibly want. The giant mirror with outlets was perfect for getting ready.

Perfect stay for a Nashville trip

The place was perfect. Easy check in, the entire facility was extremely clean and an added bonus is having a locked designated parking garage. Highly recommend place and will absolutely stay here again. Thank you.

Great Experience!

Loved our long weekend at this property. Great location super close to Nissan Stadium and downtown. Walkable but a quick Uber. Great balcony and nice pool. Would come back for sure!

Convenient and easy and clean!

Loved the location. Everything was clean and organized. Had trouble with the codes towards the end of my stay but the owner Tyra was super responsive and helpful. Would def recommend.

The stay here was excellent. Loved the location. We felt very safe. It is walking distance to the Gulch. The parking was convenient, in the lower level of the building. The owners responded in a timely manner when I had questions. They made sure we were satisfied with our stay.

Excellent!

The place was great. Terrific communication from the owners. Easy access into the secure building - even secure parking. The entire facility was extremely clean and the pool was lovely. The owners thought of everything from shower supplies, to laundry soap to paper towels, etc. Close enough to everything but far enough away for peaceful evenings. Highly recommend place and will absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Great condo overall

Our condo was very cute and clean upon arrival. Had a little trouble with codes to get in but figured out eventually. Only issue we had really was bathtub didn’t have rail to hold on to and tub was very slippery (80 yr old almost fell) we had to go and purchase a nonslip rubber matt for her to be able to shower. Condo was in a Good location! Felt safe and I would stay here again!

Perfect!

Perfect combination of comfort and location. The parking spot is priceless. The bed is so comfortable. All the little essentials hotels have in case you forget illume 312 does too! I loved being able to throw in a load of laundry and make a meal at "home". Excellent communication to any questions. We were able to check in a little early which was a huge help with an early flight. Quick Uber ride to Broadway for <$10 most of the time. We can't wait to come back, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a great trip to Nashville.

Everything we hoped for!

My wife and I booked this apartment to take our close friends for their first time to Nashville. It absolutely did not disappoint us! The location was extremely close to many shopping areas and great restaurants. We were able to walk to most areas we wanted to visit, and Broadway was a short Uber away. The apartment was very clean fit our group perfectly. The parking spot in the garage was an added bonus for an area right on parking. This is a perfect spot to stay to fully experience what Nashville has to offer! Thanks again!

Great place!

This place was great. The location was perfect. We had to drive pretty much everywhere, but super easy to get to places. The apartment itself is really nice. Very stylish and everything you need is there. The gym was an added bonus. We didn't swim, but we felt the water and it was so warm. I highly recommend this place.

Location, location, location!

Super cute condo completely updated! Very clean. Well stocked full kitchen, comfy king bed, large bathroom. Great pool area to relax with a cocktail. Secure, designed parking spot included. Check in/out a breeze. Vacasa even checked with me once to make sure everything was ok. Our favorite thing was location. Close enough to downtown you can walk but far enough to be away from the noise. Also, easy spot to pick up Uber/Lyft. We explored all over the city and loved the ease of returning to this Condo. We will definitely stay here again!
