Property was great for our extended weekend to go to the Opry and concert at the Bridgestone. Very clean, all appliances we used worked without issue. Garage parking was a plus. Easy walk to all the gulch has to offer. A . Communication with host was also great.

Property was modern, nicely decorated and very clean. Location is about 5 minutes to downtown bars/attractions, yet far enough away that it was quiet. Waking distance to cute shops and restaurants in The Gulch neighborhood. Excellent communication from owners prior to arrival; they even included things to do other than Broadway and provided restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend.

Girls' getaway

My friend and I felt safe in this location as the building and parking garage require a code for entry. The garage keypad is not obvious but that is not the owners' issue. We had plenty of space and the decor was very "Nashville". Pull out couch was pretty comfortable for sleeping. Communication with the owners was great. Rideshare drivers were able to pick up in the designated area in front and it was a short ride to Broadway. We had a great stay!

Perfect Location

This is the place to stay. Walking distance to Broadway, but far enough away to avoid all the crazy noise. Great balcony that you can sit ourside and read. Very nice pool, we had it to our selfs. Fully stocked kitchen.

As advertised!

My wife and I stayed here for our visit to Nashville. The neighborhood was safe and really up and coming. The space was awesome! Huge living space and kitchen, the bed was really comfortable and the balcony was an added bonus to hang out and enjoy drinks before we went out. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a 5 minute Uber to Broadway, and very close to The Gulch activities. We wouldnt hesitate to stay in this property on our next Nashville trip.

Beautiful place, highly recommend you stay in the Gulch, visit Broadway

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It’s perfect for a couple, beautifully decorated with a modern Nashville theme. The place was spotless and well-maintained. It’s a 30-minute walk to Broadway and an easy Uber ride if you prefer. The location also offers an easy walk to the Gulch. The host was great and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Music City getaway

Our stay at the Ilume was everything I expected from the listing. Clean, comfortable, close to Broadway, and in a good neighborhood. Our host Carlos was very attentive and communicated well. I would highly recommend staying at his beautiful condo!

Fantastic Nashville Location!

We had a fantastic stay at the Apartment, so easy to walk into the Gulch and onto Broadway. We also went by car up to 12 South & Hattie B’s in Melrose (which definitely had a shorter line than the one downtown) Would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville to book here!

Great Stay

We had a nice stay over New Years. The unit is just as pictured. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Even had a guitar that you could play during the stay. Very clean unit. The only issue we had was not the owners fault but not enough sound proofing put in by the builders. It was New Years weekend but the noise from above might be an issue for a light sleeper.

Great time!

We enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable and well stocked. Super clean. Hosts are easy to communicate with. Easy walk to the Gulch. Can also take a longer walk to Broadway or quick Uber ride.

Overall, we had a great time. Walking distance to the Gulch area. Short Uber drive to Broadway. Place was very clean and decorated very cute for Nashville. Parking garage spaces are very small, so having a SUV made it challenging. One recommendation is to leave more toilet paper for guests. We only had one roll. We would stay there again.

Perfect!

So many good things to say about this property and it’s owners! The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. Perfectly located near downtown and just a short ride to Broadway. The pool was awesome! We will definitely stay here again!

Wedding in Nashville

Great location—easy walk to downtown and west end of Broadway. Condo well equipped. Bed comfortable! Very helpful suggestions from owner for grocery stores, parks for walking, nearby restaurants, etc. Spent 8 days in Nashville touring and attending a wedding!
