This is not advertised as an ultra-luxury property, and the nightly rate reflects that. Comparable luxury accommodations in this area typically cost two to three times more. Regarding package deliveries, our building only allows residents access to the package room. To make things easier, I personally arranged for your packages to be delivered to a secure nearby address just a 2-minute drive away. The beach is approximately a 10-minute walk from the apartment, not inaccessible by foot as stated in your review. The sofa is a full-size West Elm queen sleeper, not a loveseat. While normal movement on a sleeper sofa may produce some sound, we appreciate the feedback and will inspect it. As you mentioned, when you notified me about the cleaning issue, it was addressed immediately. Unfortunately, neighboring residents are outside of a host’s control, but I did everything I could to assist during your stay. I appreciate you recognizing my responsiveness and communication, and I wish you all the best in your future travels.
