We had a great stay at Timbers Edge. The house is in a great location for getting to Breckenridge and the amenities in the home were great for staying in and enjoying everyone’s company. Everything was very clean, the management company was very nice, 10/10 would visit again.

Home was perfect for our family and all was as expected from photos. The location proximity to skiing and diwntown was excellent.

The house was amazing. It was big enough for our family of 12 where we didn't feel we were all crowded. The house had everything we needed from the kitchen and the bathrooms. It rained just about everyday we were there and the shoe dryer came in clutch! We were super close to downtown within 5 minutes but was just further out so you still felt the quietness in the neighborhood. We were lucky to see some deer and a moose right outside the house. We had minor issues with the drains however the management company was super quick and responsive and got it taken care of for us.

Beautiful property with gorgeous lake views. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, fire pit, hot tub, game/wreck room. Would definitely come back.

Everything about this place is a dream! Great layout, clean, comfortable bedding. Kitchen had everything needed to host 20 for dinner. Both fire pits and hot tub were enjoyed and the kids loved switching between ping pong, pool, and foosball. Just be aware that when they say quiet time at 10 pm, they mean it! Neighbors do not take kindly to large group conversations outdoors late into the evening.

The house was great. The location was right outside of Breck. Unfortunately there is no real bus access so we had to drive or Uber into town. The kitchen did not have all of the cooking essentials, but we made by. We really enjoyed the game room and the space the house provided.

Overall, we had a nice stay at the Timber's Edge. The pros: location, views, and the house itself - large with a lot of space to hangout in. Cons: while the house itself is really nice and comfortable, the house lacked a few of the finer touches to make it a luxury stay.

Ski/Snowboard trip

9 of us went to Break for 6 days of snowboarding/skiing and hanging out. The house is AMAZING!!!! Everything was so nice and comfortable. The beds, couches, chairs, fire pits, hot tub, grill...everything. I spent almost every morning (with a cup of coffee) and every evening (with a cocktail) in the hot tub. The serenity of the area and view of mountains was priceless! We drove to Vail and Keystone and, of course, Breck resort as well as "downtown" for food and drinks. We all LOVED it and will DEFINITELY return!!

Wonderful Stay in a Wonderful Home

We could not have been more pleased with our stay in this wonderful home. The home is spacious, exudes quality, and has everything we needed (and more!) for a memory-making week. The views from the back deck made for a wonderful start and end to each day. Our teens made frequent use of the combo pool/ping-pong table. And we enjoyed making meals in the well-appointed kitchen that we then shared at the large dining room table (the 11 of us fit easily). We loved the location as it provided easy access to hiking, biking, golfing, and enjoying the town of Breckenridge. Lastly, the management company was easy to work with and very accommodating. We would love to come back!

Family Space

We had 8 adults ranging in age from 83-26 and 2 children under 2. This space was great to eat meals together but yet have space for different activities. We were a little disappointed in the fact that there were not many games that had all pieces or worked. Nothing really for toddlers. The on-suite basement shower and the shower upstairs did not drain well. The blender did not work. Management said they could bring a new one or send a plumber if we wanted. I said, we could survive without. Drive way is heated, nice! Snow plow does leave a nice hump to try and shovel through. We enjoyed the outside fireplace even though temps were in the negative numbers. Still worked great for s’mores. We had a wonderful family trip!!

Incredible stay in Breckenridge! The home was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location close to everything in Breck. Beautiful views, great amenities, and responsive hosts made our trip completely stress-free. Highly recommend!

Great house! Plenty of room for our annual family vacation of 10 including 4 grand kids. We loved the great patios on both levels with all the furniture with room for the whole family to relax and enjoy cookouts and fire pits on the cool evenings. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of room to prepare and serve meals. We also enjoyed the nice game room on the lower level.
