The space
This newly renovated home is in the heart of University Park. It was originally built in 1941 by a UF professor of engineering and relics of the history of the house are on display. It's open, bright, and welcoming feel will invite you in and make you feel right at home. The large television (YouTube TV provided!) and expansive open floor plan is perfect for enjoying live sports and spending time with family. You'll be able to hear the cheers from the Swamp from your own backyard!
Other things to note
There is a large backyard covered mostly in pine straw. You can definitely hang out back there. There are many shade trees! There is a brick paver patio measuring about 10 x 10 feet.
