We had some difficulties with the tvs, written instructions would be helpful. The sink backed up so we couldn’t wash dishes. Easy communication with the owner but not real helpful.The condo was comfortable and in a nice location.

Hi Dale. We've corrected the technical process of the TV and the internet. As far as the kitchen sink , a passed guest poured coffee grounds down the drain blocking up the disposal causing the slow drains. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Upstairs neighbor was partying all night which was annoying, but no reflection of the host or accommodations.

Good stay

We enjoyed staying here while attending a local event. The property was close to our needs and there were many amenities in the area. The property was clean, exactly as pictured and worked well for our stay. Will definitely use again if we are in the area.

Ended up leaving a day early for several reasons:1) there were no instructions on how to use the DirectTV system so we were unable to watch on a rainy day2) the pillows were terrible (flat)3) the bathroom was so small you could not even close the door to do your business. 4) there were only night stand lights with low wattage providing very little light in the bedroom to see clothing/get dressed or see in the mirror and the light switch did not work so had to bump around the room to access the lights5) when reached out to inquire if WiFi was available the contact had to reach out to someone else for the answer/how to access.Deserves a refund! These people have no right charging hotel rates for such poor accommodations.Found some instructions on the refrigerator on the first morning stating we were to sweep, do dishes, empty trash etc. when we were being charged a 100 cleaning fee for only a 2 night stay. We did not comply to those instructions for that reason.

Well Michele I'm sorry you feel this way. I've owned this for about six years now and in all thise years I have never had this many complaints from all the people I've hosted . I'm 6' 1" and 350lbs. I have no problems using the facilities. You don't like soft pillows and the next guest hates hard pillows. I have never had someone ask me how to get on the internet. I would guess at this day and age everyones phone automatically goes to the strongest signal first. I myself am not a very technical person. I'm not going to address every complaint . There will be a small booklet in the future for people to access the TV and the internet. I apologize for your unpleasant stay .

Condo was great ...

...but the exterior of the building was fairly dirty and rundown. Building amenities were fine, including a bar/pool tables, pool, but the highlight was a breakfast and lunch cafe owned and operated by a young family. Food and service were wonderful.

Overall it was pretty good but there were a few problems finding the place there is no sign in front and neighbors above us were a little loud at 2 in the morning nothing to bad just dropping things making a loud bang but i was awake so ...

The building needs some updating. The condo itself was clean. It was just what we needed. I thought the AC smelled a l little musty and the (I think) the drainage pipes for the condo complex (not all) but all night long we heard water draining in the bedroom closet.

Location our top priority

He had stayed in the same condo complex last year so we had a good idea of what to expect. The location to area attractions is great. For those looking for easy access to Weir’s beach, Bank of NH pavilion and also the convenience of a local Shaw’s market and Walmart the location and value are great. Wi-Fi at the condo was reliable since cell service is not. We did not use the pool on the premises so can’t comment on that nor the on-premises support. Would consider staying here again.

Review for weekend of 2/14-2/16

This place is a great location for anything the area has to offer! The condo was clean and cozy. It was hard to leave on Sunday when it was time to check out. I stayed here with three other guests. We went Gunstock for skiing and the mountain was only 15 minutes a way. At night we tried out Funspot, which is only a seven minute drive. Both places were a great time. Both Robert and Ann were great to communicate with. They both were friendly and answered any questions I did have.

Great Location

I’d stayed at multiple units in this condominium complex. This one looks to be original construction vs. other units that have been updated. Great location and nice pool. The outside of the building could use a refresh. There was a slight delay in check in due to the wrong code being given. Also, the unit was out of toilet paper. Overall, it suited our needs (we were there for a concert) just fine.

Concert stay

Stayed for 2nights for Chris Stapleton concert. Convenient place to stay. Property does need major face lift. Vintage late 60’s early 70’s. Condo needs updating. Carpets need to go as well as the out dated tile. Furniture needs to be updated not comfortable. Would not stay again

Fit Our Needs

We needed someplace to shower/sleep only. We had friends who live nearby to go to during the day. Our son/grandson showed up unexpectedly for a few days. The internet was great for his work vacation. I have 2 complaints- we were not given the passcode to get in until I asked for it the night before we were due to arrive, and I don’t appreciate to find sheets wadded up and thrown on the closet floor - were they clean for unexpected company or not? No extra sheets were folded and put away, Towels were of inexpensive hotel quality. My husband ended up in the hospital before checkout, so it was a bit hectic for me alone to check out and follow the semi extensive directions.

Dear Susan , I am truly sorry to hear about your husband. I hope he is well. As far as the towels and sheets if you read the complete description of the property , you are to supply both on your own . We have some on site in case you or any other guest were to forget to pack them as a courtesy . The check out directions are the basic cleaning instructions of places that I have stayed and are reasonable. Sorry you feel the way you do.

À notre arrivée, nous n’avions pas reçu les détail de la réservation mais nous avons rapidement reçu les information un fois avoir communiqué avec le propriétaire. Très propre , bien situé à proximité d’un market. Beau condo de base, léger besoin de Rénovation pour la porte patio qui embuent et les meubles de patio! L’ensemble très propre ! Et je recommande pour un beau moment pour profiter de Paugus bay qui a un magnifique cachet .

Underwhelming

The description of this property is accurate (except for the part about needing to bring linens - they provided them after all - grrr), it was all just so underwhelming. The view of the lake was across a very busy road and obstructed by many other buildings. Slivers to be seen, sure, but we didn't feel close to the water at all. Furniture was uncomfortable (couch!) and no effort made to make this property (above a strip mall) feel special or like a treat. The experience taught us to review listings more carefully next time.
