Great Gathering Place

Daughter got married at 21 Main Events and this is where the rest of our immediate family stayed. Beautiful Place and very comfortable.

Four couple golf group getaway!

Wonderful condo and great location in North Myrtle Beach! Very conveniently located to Barefoot Landing. Lots of restaurants and entertainment easily accessible. We especially enjoyed the second floor balcony overlooking the beautiful pool area, which was extremely well kept, as well as overlooking the beach and the ocean. We did however, upon arrival, have a few housekeeping items that needed to be addressed to the attention of management. They responded in a very timely manner and took care of these things for us. Overall, a very wonderful stay!

Fantastic Family Trip!

We loved this unit! It was well-maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and the furniture was perfect for our group to sit and relax in the evenings. We'll definitely return!

Excellent Stay

The property was very nice and well maintained. Multiple Pools and Hot Tubs. The place was spacious and beautiful just like the pictures. That oceanview from the balcony was spectacular. Pool bar closed at 3p. Which i think is too early.

Family vacation

The size and location of the unit is perfect!! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids. It is a little older and could use some updating. The keruig is a single cup and not the best but there is a coffee pot. The main update should be a new washing machine! It has mold on the inside and you can smell it. I know front load machines can do that but it is pretty bad. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous home!!!

Beautiful home and convenient location. Had a few minor issues with pet hair found in the bedding, bathroom doors came off track in 2 bathrooms and mildew in bathroom. All were minor issues we were able to work around. We would definitely book again!!

Awesome condo with plenty of room

This condo is beautiful and HUGE so everyone had space to spread out. The condo is loaded with plenty to cook/eat with. Onsite ammenities were so much fun! Check in was simple and communication was great. I had very fast replies to my questions. Support was always accessible. Would definitely stay here again. : )

Amazing Condo

This is my second time staying at North Myrtle Beach Plantation. We stayed in a 5 bedroom 5 bath condo on 2nd floor. We had 13 people and we had plenty of room. The place was spotless bedrooms and bathrooms huge. Full size washer and dryer. 2 refrigerators and a tv in every room. Never felt crowded 2 living rooms one for kids and one for adult. I would love to go back next year.

Family vacation 2023

The property was exactly as listed and made for an excellent vacation for our entire family. We found the floor to be a little gritty from left over sand, house shoes and water bottles from previous guest under beds. We tried to clean the floor but there wasn’t any floor cleaning supplies and we paid $$$$$ for the week, which means we shouldn’t have to clean. This probably sounds worse than it was but something that needs to be rectified for future guest. As stated before the resort, location and rental proved to be a great family vacation spot.

40 yr anniversary

This condo is beautiful!! Surprisingly the master bedroom bed is horrible though. We also cleaned when we got there. Not sure floors have been mopped in a while so always had to wear shoes. 2nd floor was nice to be able to get downstairs easily . The beach area in front of condo is taken up by 4 rows of umbrellas and chairs to rent. All on top of each other . So we had to walk a way down the beach every day to set up . That was difficult w children. The condo complex and the people we had to work with got us in condo early which was very nice and it truly is a beautiful place . Feels like an all inclusive resort

Family Vacation

The condo was not clean, floors were dirty, bathrooms toilets' were not clean and mold was present in all bathrooms. After a call to maintenance one bathroom was cleaned but the others were not touched along with the cleaning of the floors. After another contact the mold was removed from one bathroom not the others. For this to be advertised as a 4 star condo it was missing on the cleanliness. A good time was had by the family but, could have been better if the condo was prepared properly for arrival.

North Myrtle Condo

The condo needs some updates and work done. The plumbing is terrible. None of our showers drained properly and toilets didn’t flush well. One of the bathrooms has visible mold on a section of the ceiling. The refrigerator doesn’t close all the way. Like many other reviews stated the cleaners do not do a great job. The floors were not swept or mopped well. I took photos of debris and dust under one of the kitchen tables. The bed linens are stained. The building itself is also not the cleanest. Lots of cigarette butts and trash lying around. The pool and hot tub areas are nice though. Access to the beach is easy.

Very dirty unit

We arrived after a very long drive to check in at 4:30 to a very dirty unit. The bathrooms were not clean. The fans in every bathroom have mold all over them and the ceilings. The stove in the kitchen was very dirty and the pans were not clean. Used towels were found under sinks and overall I did not feel safe. I made my family sit in the living room while I cleaned so we could feel safe. The office was closed at 5 so we felt like we had no recourse. I will not be staying in this property again. It is a shame to pay what you do for this and not have it in top notch condition. Very disappointed.

Girls trip
