Good but needing a little TLC

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

My family and I have stayed here for the past 3-4 years and have been very pleased. It's spacious, the view of the ocean is great and it's easy to access the beach. Unfortunately, the unit is starting to need some TLC. The carpet throughout the unit is filthy. It could use a deep steam cleaning as opposed to just vacuuming. The day of arrival we walked around the unit barefoot as we were getting settled for the week and our feet were black. We ended up wearings shoes at all times the remainder of the week. A towel rack in the master bathroom had fallen out of the wall prior to our arrival and was not repaired prior to our stay. The kitchen cabinet drawers are loose and uneven. The air vents were also caked with dust. The deck railing needs to be repainted as the paint was peeling. If the property receives a little TLC and gets back to the condition it was a few years ago, I'd consider staying here again.
