Close to restaurants, lighthouses, beaches, and shops, Etta Belle is perfect for family vacations, fishing trips, weddings, reunions, or company gatherings. Reserve one, two, or all three units for your group's perfect stay. You are allowed 2 vehicles with parking on site.
We do offer early arrival or late departure options for an extra $75 when possible. If interested, please notify us to see if it can be done with your booking!

Hello Guests! Welcome to the Left Condo at Three Schooners Landing. We take immense pride in our condo and have equipped it with luxurious amenities to ensure your visit is comfortable and enjoyable.
Originally from Seneca Falls, NY, we moved to the Sodus area and have fallen in love with the beach walks, golfing at Sodus Bay Heights, and unwinding with a drink at the point.
