Discover Etta Belle, the left condo at Three Schooners Landing! With three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and convenient parking with a garage for car or kayaks, it's your ideal getaway. Close to restaurants, lighthouses, beaches, and shops, Etta Belle is perfect for family vacations, fishing trips, weddings, reunions, or company gatherings. Reserve one, two, or all three units for your group's perfect stay. You are allowed 2 vehicles with parking on site.

We do offer early arrival or late departure options for an extra $75 when possible. If interested, please notify us to see if it can be done with your booking!

Would stay again

The condo was very comfortable and exactly as listed. Location is great- walking distance to restaurants and bars. Overall a good stay, however, there were some discrepancies with check-in/checkout times on the Trip itinerary versus the email from the rental company. They also expect a lot of extra cleaning from the guest even though they charge a cleaning fee.

Left the condo clean, as should be we do not charge a cleaning fee, only a maintenance fee as described on the website. Emma read on the site only 2 cars allowed per condo unit. confirmed by email that there was only room for 2. they brought 7 vehicles both nights and caused a mess in the parking lot. Very disrespectful considering how clear we had been. Before the stay Emma noted that there was an hour discrepancy with her original booking and what was on the website. we said no problem and honored the hour earlier check in yet still caused a 4 star rating for us.

Floors were dirty, cobwebs, disagree with cleaning rules expected us to clean when we paid a fee , fridge water did not work well, low flow, probably needs new filter, not much toilet paper or paper towels

Originally from Seneca Falls, NY, we moved to the Sodus area and have fallen in love with the beach walks, golfing at Sodus Bay Heights, and unwinding with a drink at the point.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope you have a wonderful time!
